Hello guys, just wondering, was Rachel Garden ruled out?

Yes...She was ruled out..This must have happened recently...

Oh, her resemblance to the UID was promising, it’s possible that sometime this year her true identity would be back

And don't forget Ellen Rouse, once missing from Canada but no longer missing. Because she is Canadian she will not appear on the rule out list in Namus.

Ellen seems promising, do they have a dna sample from a family member of her to submit a possible match?

Also, I believe that she was attached while she was taking a shower and her killer could be female as stab / lacerations wounds to the face, scalp and back could indicate jealousy and anger.

Ellen is no longer missing. I think submitting her to Namus stirred things up and she came forward herself.

Glad to know Ellen is safe ;)

I’ve been thinking about her killer, which could have been female, maybe some kind of jealousy attack that would explain the lacerations and stab wounds to the face, head and back, the UID could have been attacked while on the shower, but I’m curious about the blue ink tattoo...

I'm unsure if we discussed this before but I've read about sex workers being forced to get their pimps name/nickname/initials tattooed on their body...The tattoo would let other pimps know she's someone else' property...

I'm unsure of this victim's lifestyle, but I wonder if the "S" stands for someone in NV or elsewhere...

It's possible that she was someone's property and perhaps, was attacked by another sex worker, just as a theory...

There's a discussion (and some info) about it starting on page 27.

I keep reading NAMUS profiles where a single letter or initials were tattooed on the victim...If multiple females have the same tattoo, it's possible a pimp put it there (they also use barcodes)...That pimp or other sex workers may know her name or possibly where she's from....

Sorry if this was also mentioned previously...

Her tat is really so random. It's like, I think I'll put an S here

The DDP chooses which cases to work on? Or it can be submitted?

As far as I understood only LE can ask for it. IIRR her "all time" advocate, a detective working on the case. John Williams (I tip my hat for him), who also paid for her gravestone and visited there a lot, is retired.

As Bit of hope said, DDP are approached by the agencies, and AGJD's agency is aware of them.
AGJD was also on DDP's Submitted for Consideration list and has been suggested many times on their Facebook page.
