There is something very interesting is in this lady's Clark County Unidentified Case Search portal entry: the first time I've seen a cosmetic case with the initials C.E.J. being mentioned in connection with this Unidentified.

Interesting find Otterly. It's a shame they don't mention from what country the Peso was. Should we assume Mexico?
