So according to news outlets already shared here, this suspect and the truck were found in Fallon, Nevada which is in Churchill County.
The videos I saw of it being towed showed Lyon's county Sheriff's vehicles at that scene.
We need official confirmation...

FERNLEY, Nev. (News 4 & Fox 11) — Lyon County Sheriff's Office has identified a suspect arrested in the kidnapping case of Naomi Irion as 41-year-old Troy Driver of Fallon, Nevada.

Driver is being held on charges of kidnapping.
