I saw a few of the analysts discussing the case today--the defense attorney doesn't believe they will ever get a decision - she said the tainted witnesses laundry list of crimes will prevent the entire jury from ever believing them completely. Bur who knows, after all, it is OJ they are trying - get the rope.

A friend of mine who lives in Las Vegas was telling me about the judge in this case.

Apparently after a short stint as an assistant D.A., and not a laudatory one at that, the allegedly almost imcompetent assistant D.A. got his name on the ballot and won the election for Judge......all on the name recognition of his father, with the same name, who was a very noted, and very well liked Judge, in the county, for a very long time. This Judge's son, has people shaking their heads. This is just a little of the behind the scenes.

Yeah, Bonaventure (sp?) His dad presided over the Ted Binnion trial.

It wouldn't surprise me if Teflon OJ gets off of this one, too. Let's just hope that Neveda has more conservative jurors who will actually weigh the evidence. Birds of a feather flock together. You aren't going to get "lilly white" people to go along with OJ to break in and rob people at gunpoint.

OJ is on his way to the slammer. His lawyer can only do so much dancing around the issue. OJ is about to be sacked for a huge loss.

They should convict OJ just for running around with these low-lifes. This conviction is going to push him over the edge.

If OJ admitted that the items that were stolen were his, then doesn't that mean that they will automatically go to the Goldman's? Up til now he has been able to run and hide from them saying that he had nothing left, but now it is by his own admission. Can't the courts order that those items be turned over to the Goldmans?

I'm trying real hard not to get too excited here, but this is something I have waited for since the murder trial! I don't care if he doesn't go down for murder as long as he goes down! :behindbar

I have been watching when I can. I noticed the cross on yesterday's witness demanding his admission to being a pimp. I can picture OJ briefing his attorney on all his buddies. I would imagine that the only people that would buddy up with OJ would be lowlifes.

I had heard that after OJ lost the civil case, many items that were awarded to the Goldmans mysteriously disappeared. Someone on a talk show somewhere mentioned that he had given items to people to hide and store for him. So, I would think that OJ is the thief here. Those items didn't belong to him at all.
