Hi Panthera! I agree (if it wasn't OJ) but I am ecastatic that we are talking about him sitting in jail as I type this!! I hope the State has a good case too and according to Linask the prosecutor says so.

As far as the jury goes, it has been 13 yrs, so there will probably be jurors who were younger and didn't follow the murder trial like us. Geez - I still remember the verdict. I was on an operating table waiting for eye surgery and the who team left to go and watch the verdict in another room!lol
I don't know what kind of jury pool they'd have in Las Vegas, but you might be right that it'd be a younger group who hadn't paid that much attention to the murder trial in 1995. I was at home when I watched that verdict and was simply stunned and I saw Fred try to comfort his sobbing daughter and my heart just broke for that family, even more so than the Browns because Ron truly was the innocent victim, the "good samaritan". :(

I watched Geraldo yesterday also. I watched so many shows, I'm getting a little confused. Who was it that Geraldo was interviewing on the telephone, do you know? ? That wasn't Riccio was it? I thought Riccio was on satellite. Anyways, this guy on the phone was full of information. Didn't he say that OJ's sister helped hide things before the Sheriff got there?

There was a lot of media coverage yesterday, so I can understand anyone being confused......as well as myself. :)

Geraldo is repeated here three times, so I got to hear it again. It was Tom Riccio that Geraldo was speaking with on the phone. Today, there was a brief video of Tom Riccio speaking with Geraldo.

I too tried to catch up on everything last night after we got home from the football game. I remember Riccio saying a lot of things that would incriminate OJ, especially the part about OJ having things taken out of his house to hide them from the Sheriff's after the civil judgment and hiding money offshore. Oh how I wish the Goldmans could find that stash!

Riccio will be put under major pressure to divulge that information now about the stuff and more importantly the offshore accounts. I would think the IRS would be getting interested in this case about now.

Goldman's father, Fred Goldman, welcomed the possibility that Simpson could go to prison.

"How wonderful," he told CBS's "The Early Show" Monday. "A lot of years too late, however. I would have much preferred him found guilty of Ron and Nicole's death and then put either to death or in jail then. But frankly to see him ultimately or potentially go to jail -- that's great."http://www.ktvu.com/entertainment/14113795/detail.html

Oh I totally agree! I remember someone mentioning yesterday about possible Federal charges.

How Sweet! Looks a little bare, think we can decorate it with photos of Ron and Nicole to make him feel a little more at home???

Maybe O.J. really believed that what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. :p

I'm still confused. I saw Geraldo interview Riccio yesterday- he was on satellite. But in the same show, Geraldo was talking to some guy with a raspy voice on the phone. Geraldo was sitting at a laptop in an office while he was talking to the guy. I thought it might have been Alexander. I guess I'm wrong. But this guy was telling Geraldo that he helped OJ with off shore accounts and that OJs sister hid some of his valuables before the Sheriff got there.

Hope I'm not repeating anything here. But did anyone else see the pix of OJ's girlfriend? She looks alot like Nicole. They say she is by his side. How sweet.......:loser:

I'm wondering if the judge will order that O.J. will continue to be held without bail, or will he order a bail amount? If he does order a bail amount, I hope it's high. If O.J. makes bail, and has hidden off-shore accounts, he could easily skip out of the country, cash out an account and disappear.
