NV NV - Overton, Old Simplot Mill, UncRaceFem 3-7, UP10561, Found in a Cave, Feb'95

Well, the San Bernardino Sheriff 's Office is the one who worked on the DNA for Brandi and they're also involved in looking for other victims of Terry Rasmussen, so I think they'll check out that angle as well.

Same, but I'm guessing that the DNA is pretty degraded if they had to run a manual comparison in order to rule Brandi out.

I know Nikole Betterson has already been suggested, but she sounds plausible. A little young for the age range (2), but the fact the unidentified girl didn't have any permanent teeth makes me think she was at the younger side of the age range.
Nikole Betterson
I can't find any info on if her DNA is on file or not. Given the circumstances of her disappearance, and that both of her parents are deceased, I highly doubt it.

Here's the other girl who was suggested, Sherise Magee. She was only a year old, so also younger than the age range. All that's publicly available about her case is that she was abducted from her home by a family member. I haven't been able to find any info on how this "family member" was related to her.
Sherise Magee
Again, no info on DNA.

Sherise and Nikole are the only missing girls close to the age range that I could find that went missing in Nevada before the UID was found, but I decided to look for missing girls from UT, AZ, and CA

There's only one each from both Utah and Arizona (aside from Jennifer Klein, who has been ruled out).
Vilate Young, who was 15 months old and went missing in 1956. The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) And Shemaeah Gunnel, 5, missing since 1989. It's not listed in her NamUs, but this is a murder without a body case. Her mom's boyfriend was convicted of her murder, along with her mother and sister (whose bodies have both been found).

And quite a few from CA:
The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) Crystal Tymich, 6, missing since 1994

I don’t know why but I have a strong feeling this is April Cooper, missing since 1986 from Rancho, California. Her killer at one point confessed that April “died” in a hiking accident where she fell and broke her neck. Now, I don’t believe that’s how she died but I do believe he went through great lengths to conceal April’s death.

if it’s not April, then I’m betting it’s Amber Jean Swartz-Garcia. This being her could either confirm or deny whether Curtis Anderson kidnapped her. It looks like this might’ve been a detour that he took while enroute to Tucson, Arizona.

Do you know where exactly the remains were located? I was friends with April at the time, Bannister only had a small window of where he could have disposed of her. Because when her mom got home she called the police and Bannister showed up dirty at his father's wedding. I think she can only be in Southern California. But there is still a lot of areas that cover as well. I know they do have her DNA I believe from her mother because I asked. Let me know if they get back to you.

I agree that April would still be in CA. The Time frame would not really allow for extensive Travel. Most of the reports and articles I have seen Have Bannister saying he gave her money for the campground arcade and she wandered away. He also attended his Father's wedding the following day and Bannister's son never seemed to indicate that he went on a trip at the time.

I’ve read some articles claiming that April’s mother didn’t know that she was missing until about 4 hours after the search started. I also read that WJB arrived to the wedding caked in dirt, but that may have been the next day which imo would mean that he could have put her anywhere along the 15 from Temecula to SD. *im not sure which day his dad married*
