I'm not ella's mom, but...no. No, I wouldn't. He looks to me like he knows exactly where he's going. Like he's either been there before or can see his destination.
I totally agree.

BBMI still think there are two main reasons he would have parked in the cul-de-sac away from his destination if he were visiting a specific house:
There was no parking available in the driveway or in front of the house he was visiting because there were already a lot of cars there. Some neighbors are very serious about not letting people park in front of their house, especially if it happens all the time. If whatever house Steven was visiting consistently had overflow parking so their guests had to park in front of neighbors yards then the neighbors could have gotten sick of it and said no more. Steven's car was parked at the closest area to Evening Lights which is not in front of a house. So he would have had to have been told to park there or he could have visited before and known the routine.
Whoever he was visiting didn't want somebody to see a strange car parked in the driveway or in front of the house. That could be a jealous spouse or significant other issue.
Not street level but gives a clearer overhead view if that helps any.....

Clark County has a searchable court records site. The problem is that you'd have to look up all the people who live on Evening Lights Av, Portsmouth Creek Av or Marion Center Courts on White Pages, which I did in the past with the neighbor search. Then you'd have to search all those names at the Clark County Courts site which is a lot of work. I remember Neagle saying that a private investigator canvassed the neighborhood asking for info about Steven. I think asking about parking issues would have been a good idea but I doubt the PI did that.BBM
An issue that is not always respected/resolved without a call to the police/parking official. Perhaps a complaint is on file somewhere?

Here is a map I did that shows the houses numbered.
IMO I think he went to house 2,3,4 or 5 given where his
car was parked and that he crossed to the East side
of the street.
I also didn't realize the house the camera was on
was also on Evening Lights.... wonder if they had
some problems in the past on that street and that
is the reason they put the camera up?

You are assuming he was visiting a house. I've always seen this as simply Steven parking his car in the cul-de-sac then walking to Evening Lights to get into a waiting car.
For all we know Steven was sitting in his car until the pick up vehicle came into his sight. So even if he had never been there before, he could see the precise vehicle that was picking him up so he did not have to look at houses or addresses.

Please re read my other posts! I have also brought up the possibility of
him leaving in another car thanks!
So we can sit here and think . yeah he may have gotten into another
car and not sleuth anything because we would have nothing to sleuth
or we can go with the fact that he MAY have gone to a house
that is something we can sleuth so why not?
It was my understanding that LE and/or the family canvassed the area on Evening Lights. Sure someone on that street could have murdered him and threw him under the crawl space but that makes no sense with Steven's car left in the neighborhood.
Among my concerns is that people who have absolutely nothing to do with Steven's disappearance are being named here because they may have owned a home, a business, maybe been in foreclosure or anything else. Why not throw in people who are in the divorce or bankruptcy process too? How about anyone with a criminal record? How would you like to be plastered about the internet in this manner?
The family has stated that Steven had no business or church related business in Vegas. A few church people knew he was there but none bothered to question why. That is a far more disturbing fact the family should focus on rather than people trying to connect people who just happen to live on Evening Lights to this disappearance.
