NV - Tesla Cybertruck explosion at Trump hotel in Vegas investigated as a possible terrorist act, 1 Jan 2025

I know I questioned earlier, WHY did retired

It is blistering to me.
We need a precise timeline here.

Are you asking why he would reach out to someone retired? I am unclear on the question being asked.

I actually messed up that post... was away for a bit, and too late to edit when i returned .....
The retired bit was supposed to just say something like "why did retired intelligent agent not go to FBI before going public.

my other statement was just the fact that I am still angry/blistered that it did go public.

But the last statement still stands. All these posts here are getting any timeline soooooo unclear. We are going to really need a factual timeline..down to the minutes. I know we have many great timeliners... so it will happen. But until then it is all so muddy.

I wonder when in his time line that ML wrote the more explosive *don't know if that's the correct term!) notes on his phone?

His email to SS is fairly cohesive.
The longer rant on his phone is unhinged. See notes at end of article:
His short "call to action" directed at militias etc is plain old scary.

To me it seems like the email came first
The longer rant came second
The short rant came last.

Who first published ML's second document, which is rather inflamatory? The FBI? They gave excerpts at the presser.
KLAS in Las Vegas. It was released publicly after the presser, which was after the podcast.

David Charns from KLAS posted them on twitter at 3:46 PST (Hope my time zone conversion is correct!)

Phone notes are here:
I put the updated time because you know how that goes!

The phone notes are in a PDF. Some PDF readers have timestamp capability. (I'm just using Google to read PDFs ATM)

Thanks. So if the first document hadn't been published on the podcast, would the FBI still have released both?

I have no idea! They certainly felt compelled to address the podcast in their presser.

I just wonder which ones ML wrote first? They seem to exhibit changes in writing style. It appears the email was likely written on a computer, even though it was sent from an android. Was he becoming more unhinged? Or did he write the more unhinged stuff first?

What do you mean Shawn protecting himself and his family? From who? The government? There are plenty of former military and CIA who peddle conspiracy theories. Michael Flynn is a prime example. And Livensberger, who just blew himself up and injured 7 people, was Special Forces and his manifesto was full of conspiracy theories and a call for a coup. MOO
I stepped away to take down my Christmas tree.

I don't know who he feels the need to protect himself and his family from. I never suggested it was the government. I do believe he has every right to do what he feels is best for his family. That was my point.

I don't know what is a conspiracy theory and what isn't, I don't think any of us do. I do believe that we should wait until the investigation is further along before declaring anything is or isn't. All JMO

The findings on the other phone and laptop will be interesting. I just don't think that this stunt was planned for very long. I suspect that after he got back to the states is when he started making plans, most likely when he and his wife separated. I am curious as to where his personal belongings are, are they in Colorado and in Germany? Investigators have a lot to sort through. All jmo

The email was likely sent from one of these locations:

Tuesday December 31
Stopped in Trinidad, Albuquerque, and Gallup NM to charge

(Email Sent to Podcaster @10:42 AM)

Wednesday Jan. 1:
The Cybertruck is charged in Holbrook, Flagstaff and Kingman, Arizona.
5:33 a.m. Final Charge in Kingman, Arizona, apx 100 miles away
7:29 a.m.: The Cybertruck is first spotted in Las Vegas
7:34 a.m.: The Cybertruck is seen turning on to Fashion Show Drive, the location of the Trump International Hotel.

To add, he would have legally purchased the firearms by that time, so the words 'I am armed and I have a massive VBIED“ would have been accurate.

Monday Dec. 30
Charge in Monument, Colorado
Purchases 2 Semi Auto handguns legally

On one of this notes, he writes "Consider this last sunset of 24....".... So I'm guessing this may have been written early evening on the 31st...Just a guess...

The actions of U.S. Army soldier Matthew Livelsberger in the Tesla Cybertruck explosion at President-elect Donald Trump's Las Vegas hotel are "not politically motivated," a former official for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said.

How come, when he was calling for a military-supported political purge in his manifesto?

Maybe that's why he's a former official for DHS? He obviously has very poor reading comprehension skills. That manifesto about the purging was pretty clear, imo.
