At first I was pretty sure they were related. But now I am not leaning that way.

Yeah, it's just going to be a crazy coincidence.

NOLA guy initially intended to massacre his family, before taking a turn towards ISIS and carrying out a mass casualty attack. I was throwing cold water on the accomplice angle yesterday, when law enforcement believed he had help regarding the planting of bombs. That was a lone wolf attack all the way, and they did ultimately rule those people out.

Both of the goals in these attacks were different; mass casualties on the one hand and something more personal and symbolic on the other. I see this one as more of a straight up suicide with a bang.

He had no real expectation of committing a great deal of casualties.

Right now on NBC, matthew's mom is being interviewed. She had dinner with Matt last night and shared that the evening went well, She said she tried to persuade him not to go to Las Vegas. Why? Did she have mother's intuition or did she have a possible reason to be worried?

I think that tatt looks like a stylized Triquerta, which is not sinister. It means harmony, threes, The Father, Son and Holy Ghost.

I've been trying like crazy to find it. I'm watching NBC Live on TV. I've been trying to go through their live vids. So far, no luck but I know I heard it and the tearful mom was right in my face (slept on glasses last night). I dont know how she kept her composure as well she did before breaking. But she was smiling when she mentioned his name.
