The address I have for her comes up as an 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that was sold for $540K in 2019, nothing super extra luxury.

Absolutely. In NYC that doesn't get you much. Now, whether they purchased it for that price and then upgraded/remodeled, we don't know.

I guess in an incredibly roundabout way, what I'm getting at is that I'm not 100% sure he is staying with her for the money. I do, however, feel that he feels a certain amount of fear towards her...JMO.

I finally got around to it. Towards the end of the article, states apartment is in her fiancés name along with another relative. Not that it matters in the slightest, but it was bugging me.
