Interesting article about the family told the police that another relative who died in the 1970's found these remains in the 40's or 50's in Letchworth State Park......

Remains located in basement of home owner who is currently hospitalized. House is located at 10 Seneca Avenue, Batavia, Genesee County, NY.

The owner is now deceased and found the bones while hunting for arrowheads. Apparently old Native American remains

“It was determined that there was nothing suspicious,” Detective Kevin Czora said.

Czora says the department contacted the Tonawanda Seneca Nation so the remains can be provided with a proper burial.

I reckon we won't find out more about him.
