Here are some links to the actual court documents in the case that were recently unsealed. The quoted excerpts are some statements and testimony regarding Trump and Clinton from the documents. As I understand it, these are only the documents that have been unsealed so far, and there may be more. But, as you can see, these have little to do with either man and there are no allegations of sexual conduct by either of them -- at least not that is at issue in the Giuffre case.

"Regardless, we easily can show two of plaintiff’s original allegations are untrue. Many of plaintiff’s original allegations are contained in the two Churcher articles, Docs.542-1 & 542-2, Exs.A & B. The articles contained numerous allegations by plaintiff relating to her alleged sexual abuse. In her deposition, plaintiff was shown Deposition Exhibit 7, a collection of some of her allegations in the articles. Plaintiff placed checkmarks by those allegations she admitted— over the course of 20 pages of testimony—were not true. See Menninger Decl. EXHIBIT PP, at Case 18-2868, Document 279, 08/09/2019, 2628231, Page33 of 37 29 435:7-455:6 & Depo. Ex.7. These include her claims that: (1) she was 17 when she flew to the Caribbean with Mr. Epstein and Ms. Maxwell “went to pick up Bill in a huge black helicopter,” referring to former President Bill Clinton; (2) her conversation with Mr. Clinton about Ms. Maxwell’s pilot skills; and (3) Donald Trump was a “good friend” of Mr. Epstein’s and “flirted with me”. ]"

"A "The hammock photo was all over the 11 houses," in parentheses. And Bill Clinton and -- I'm 12 sorry, "Bill Clinton and Andrew," in parentheses, 13 "had to have seen it." 14 "All over the houses" is not my statement 15 and an exaggeration. They did have that picture in 16 the houses. And I believe, if I remember the 17 conversation correctly, she asked, Could have Bill 18 Clinton and Andrew seen the picture? And I said, 19 Yes, it's possible that they could have seen it. 20 So, I mean, it's just that -- it's not 21 that it's totally inaccurate. I just think it's like 22 journalist writing, had to have seen it. It doesn't 23 mean they saw it. I just think that if it was in 24 front of them, they would have seen it

"Q All right. What's inaccurate about the 21 last statement on that page? 22 A "Donald Trump was also a good friend of 23 Jeffrey's." That part is true. 24 "He didn't partake in any" of -- "any sex 25 with any of us but he flirted with me." It's true Case 18-2868, Document 286, 08/09/2019, 2628248, Page24 of 55 Agren Blando Court Reporting & Video, Inc. VIRGINIA GIUFFRE VOLUME II 11/14/2016 443 1 that he didn't partake in any sex with us, and but 2 it's not true that he flirted with me. Donald Trump 3 never flirted with me. 4 Then the next sentence is, "He'd laugh and 5 tell Jeffrey, 'you've got the life.'" I never said 6 that to her. 7 Q When you say, "he didn't partake in any 8 sex with any of us," who is "us"? 9 A Girls. Just -- 10 Q How do you know who Donald Trump -- Trump 11 had sex with? 12 A Oh, I didn't physically see him have sex 13 with any of the girls, so I can't say who he had sex 14 with in his whole life or not, but I just know it 15 wasn't with me when I was with other girls. 16 Q And who were the other girls that you were 17 with in Donald Trump's presence? 18 A None. There -- I worked for Donald Trump, 19 and I've met him probably a few times. 20 Q When have you met him? 21 A At Mar-a-Lago. My dad and him, I wouldn't 22 say they were friends, but my dad knew him and they 23 would talk all the time -- well, not all the time but 24 when they saw each other."

Ok, so far it's only the Washington Post reporting information about broken neck bones in Epstein's autopsy report. Confidential sources.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...9ac934-bdd9-11e9-b873-63ace636af08_story.html

An autopsy found that financier Jeffrey Epstein sustained multiple breaks in his neck bones, according to two people familiar with the findings, deepening the mystery about the circumstances around his death.

Among the bones broken in Epstein’s neck was the hyoid bone, which in men is near the Adam’s apple. Such breaks can occur in those who hang themselves, particularly if they are older, according to forensics experts and studies on the subject. But they are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation, the experts said.

The news story relates "among the bones broken" was the hyoid bone. What about the other broken bones? Those might also tell something about how he died.

The selective leaking of information about Epstein's death is notable. It's already happened with contradictory leaks about the lack of security, actions of prison guards, etc. Are competing insiders trying to steer the narrative in the news media? Not sure that helps anyone.

I just googled and found links to it for newsweek, huffpo, forbes, houston chronicle and others.

The American flags on Jeffrey Epstein’s private Caribbean island have been lowered to half-staff in the wake of his apparent suicide behind bars, according to a new report.

Boat captain Kelly Quinn, owner of Salty Dog Day Sails, was cruising past Little St. James, just off the southeast coast of St. Thomas in the US Virgin Islands, when she captured photos and videos of the lowering.

“It was a real moment out there and it just felt so heavy,” Quinn told NBC News. “I didn’t feel there was a realness of the end of Jeffrey Epstein until I saw that. That was a lot more literal.”

Though it wasn’t clear who lowered the two flags on each end of the 70-acre property, Quinn said she believes it was one of Epstein’s employees.

“They’re doing this as a remembrance, but the irony is he’ll only be remembered for the deviance,” Quinn said of the convicted pedophile and accused child sex trafficker.

The American flag on the neighboring island of Great St. James, also owned by Epstein, was flying at half-staff as well, the outlet reported.

A former Google engineer has released nearly 1,000 documents that he says prove that the company, at least in some of its products, secretly boosts or demotes content based on what it deems to be true or false, while publicly claiming to be a neutral platform.

The software engineer, Zach Vorhies, first provided the documents to Project Veritas, a right-leaning investigative journalism nonprofit, as well as the Justice Department’s antitrust division, which has been investigating Google for potentially anti-competitive behavior.

“I thought that our election system is going to be compromised forever by this company that told the American public that it was not going to do any evil,” he told Project Veritas in a video published Aug. 14. “And I saw that they were making really quick moves. … They were intending to scope the information landscape so that they could create their own version of what was objectively true.”

Help me out - what's the connection to the JE case?

According to two people familiar with the autopsy findings that spoke to the Washington Post, Epstein sustained multiple breaks in his neck bones. Such breaks can occur in those who hang themselves, particularly if they are older, according to forensics experts and studies on the subject. But they are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation, the experts said.”

Jonathan L. Arden, president of the National Association of Medical Examiners, told the paper that a broken hyoid requires pathologists to conduct further investigation of the shape and location of the noose that was used. “If, hypothetically, the hyoid bone is broken, that would generally raise questions about strangulation, but it is not definitive and does not exclude suicidal hanging,” Arden said.

Unless I missed it, the article didn't mention BC being on the plane 27 times. I wonder if I should email the reporter to let them know.

Gopherit. It appears, appears, that neither of our POTUS' have been charged, nor will be, I'm thinking that's a good thing if they aren't molesters. Our country would have two very big black eyes when this is over, and we just don't need that.

Raised without morals, that's the only answer I can think of. These people find each other.

Yesterday someone posted audio of JE talking - about how he was influenced seeing people work jobs like construction for long hours but who weren't happy or successful or something like that. Too bad he missed out that perhaps those people working long hard hours did that because they loved their family and wanted to provide for them with honest work. THAT is the definition of success, in my humble opinion.

When that construction worker that JE looked down his nose at dies, he just might be mourned and terribly missed by family and friends. I don't think many people are missing JE right now. Many people are glad he's gone, imo.

These people might be rich, but they are morally bankrupt. My opinion.

Fox News medical contributor Dr. Marc Siegel said Thursday that it's "more likely" Jeffrey Epstein's death was a homicide rather than a suicide, following a full autopsy of Epstein's body that reportedly found broken bones in his neck.

"The hyoid bone in the neck being fractured and other fractures in the neck, make it more likely, and again, this is a percentage call, more likely that it was a homicide than a suicide," Siegel said during an interview on "America's Newsroom."

Siegel said he is still waiting for more information before rendering a final opinion, but expressed suspicion and skepticism about the details surrounding Epstein's death.

"It can either be a suicide or a homicide still... I am now more suspicious than ever that this could be a homicide," he said.

"If someone is attacked, you see signs of the attack on the body... It hasn't been released yet. I'm waiting to see that."
Was Jeffrey Epstein's death suicide or homicide? Dr. Siegel says one appears 'more likely'

I agree with you...I'd like to know about his childhood background. What happened in his life that led him to believe he had the right to abuse others?
His addiction to money, power, and sex made him blind to what real success is.

And GM! She was the one I was thinking about when I said raised without morals. Who acts like she does who was raised with any sense of consideration for others?

If it's such a great gig for the teens, why did they target the vulnerable and have to lure them into it? (Just to be clear, I don't think it was a great gig but was exploitation. I'm asking a rhetorical question without expectation of an answer.)

They are people who think using other people for their own personal satisfaction is okay. It's all about what you can manipulate and obtain. What an empty way to see the world.
