Nicole Addimando testifies Grover abused her sexually

Since the couple had two small children, the agency launched an investigation. Grover was shot within 24 hours of the visit CPS made to the couple’s Town of Poughkeepsie apartment, on the morning of Sept. 27, 2017.


I wonder at the timing of this. I would think that with CPS investigating, she could have hope of getting out with him being under investigation. Instead, she killed him before anything could really come from the investigation. I hate to say it, but I have doubts about her. I really would hate for her to be claiming abuse and for it to not be true as it then puts other women who are truly abused in a situation where it is harder to come forward.

In court, waiting for Nicole Addimando's trial to resume. Lawyers were told to arrive at 11:30 a.m. today -- the judge said Friday that they had two issues to go over, one of which they may need a conference on.

Addimando murder trial: What to know entering third week

This is the only new info for Monday in the article:
On Monday, Elizabeth Clifton, a friend of Addimando's who teaches a children's music class she attended with her son, will retake the stand for questioning by prosecutors.
