So I'm thinking she was poisoning about 4pm or even 5pm - this woman's appt was at 5:15pm

From this article, the following excerpt:

"Policelli argues it's not Conley who killed Yoder, but rather her son and also Conley's ex, Adam Yoder. Policelli said Adam was an abusive and controlling boyfriend. Part of that involved having access to all of her electronic accounts and another disturbing asset."

If that's true, then why was an email address established under Adam's user name? If Adam wanted to frame Conley, he could have just accessed her electronic accounts to order the colchicine. Further, he could have easily discovered that an email account had been set up in his name using Conley's electronic device(s), if he had such access to her accounts.

"'He said only one thing is true, Yoder died of Colchicine poisoning. But he asks, how could Conley have possibly placed the drug in Yoder's shake that day? Where does the Colchicine come from? When does she ingest it? How would Katie know she would have a shake at her office when she was going to have lunch at her mothers house,' Policelli said."

Conley could have prepared the shake for Dr. Mary, feigning ignorance about her plans to visit her mother for lunch. She could have presented the shake to Dr. Mary just before she was ready to depart to visit her mother. Dr. Mary may have "reminded" Conley that she would be having lunch with her mother, and therefore wouldn't need the shake. But, something tells me that she may have either ingested it prior to leaving for her Mother's house, or set it aside in the refrigerator and drank it later in the afternoon, after she returned from lunch.

Dr. Mary strikes me as being too kind and considerate to reject the offer of the shake, after Conley had been thoughtful enough to prepare it for her. So the question is only at what precise time did she drink the shake. I have no doubt that Conley prepared it for her. (IMO, of course.)
