Okay - no problem! It seems they have been ending the day pretty early (for me!) So no problem going to the end - but of course, if they go past 5pm - it will be midnite for me and not going to stay up that late!

It seems to me that if both Adam and his attorney waive attorney/client privilege, there should be no problem. And evidently, since prosecution is calling him, it is agreeable to Adam.
