Judge is releasing the jury for the day, says prosecution should rest their case tomorrow and defense should rest Wednesday.


Judge says attorneys are scheduled to give closing arguments on Thursday and jury deliberations will begin Friday.

I just got caught up. I think the prosecution has a presented a strong case. Defense so far seems weak to me!

I'm still puzzled about the motive to kill Mary. Could it be that the poison was intended for Adam, and somehow Mary got a hold of it? I think there was a discrepancy in the number of pills Adam said he had taken from the supplement Conley gave him (sorry can't remember the name, something with 'Brain'?) and the number of pills that were counted when the bottles were examined.

Wasn't a bottle of the same supplement also collected from CFC? Maybe Adam gave his mom a bottle of these supplements?

IMO motive was Adam freezing her out. Then there is the matter of her doctoring the books. She had to know Mary would do the same. Seems she attached herself to this Family beyond the norm. She is an evil psychopath that felt she was wronged. Recipe for a tragic ending.

VanNamee called William Yoder in for questioning on Dec 23, 2015 - interview lasted about 6 hours.


William signed 2 search and seizure waivers so police could take electronic evidence from his home and office


Dec 28, 2015 - VanNamee says investigators executed a search warrant at the Conley residents, seized several electronic devices.

Investigators requested records from Art Chemicals about sale of colchicine - first time VanNamee saw letter of intent


Investigators also received W9 form from Art Chemicals - all docs had been “scanned by CamScanner”


VanNamee - learned that CamScanner app was on Conley’s phone but had been deleted.


In Jan 2016, investigators executed a search warrant on CamScanner website - used MrAdamYoder1990 username and “AdamIsGay” password
