At Mary’s celebration of life - Conley was ready to leave but Adam grabbed her on forearm and told her not to go.

King says he uses CamScanner - his fiancé also has the app - they share an account - if he scans something it uploads to both phones

Cross examination - King downloaded CamScanner 2 days ago - was it to help the defense? - no.

ADA Lisi - fixing an alternator is on top of the vehicle - would you need goggles if you were working on the muffler? - yes

ADA Lisi asks about a text convo between King and A. Yoder - Adam made a joke about the condition of his Jeep - muffler issues

In text message: Adam says he tried to fix muffler using a coat hanger - “Laid down in the rain for nothing.”

King says he’s not aware of any remote accessing software on Adam’s computer.

Defense asks King about Dec 8, if Inv. Simmons came to his home (where Adam was living) - he says no

King says he would know if someone came to his house b/c his dog barks and he has a security system

King testified at an earlier date that some time in Dec he heard Adam downstairs with a bunch of men - says it’s possible that was Dec 8.

In Dec 2015 - King says Adam disappeared - leaving most of his belongings behind - King eventually moved those items to a storage unit

In 2016, King took Chris Pelli (Conley’s former attorney) to storage unit - they rifled through Adam’s stuff w/o his knowledge

Anyone else surprised the defence has rested so quickly? I guess they didn't have much to work with. Adam growing one Marijuana plant is laughable.
Imo she'll be found guilty this time.

Agree! She's done! It always blows my mind how often we hear the killers in an LE interrogation always feeling soo sorry for themselves? like Conley in one of her interviews, she's crying for herself, she wants to graduate and have children, etc, etc. What about the Dr's life?

We definitely have witnessed another Jodi Arias. A complete psychopath!

Yes I was already yesterday surprised that only one more day was allotted by the judge for defense witnesses. I think KC should have testified to 'clear up' the interviews that were shown and explain her behaviour. They were pretty damaging and although Policelli did a good job poking holes in the testimony of the two investigators, I don't think it was enough to get her off.

I assume he will stress to the jury that this is a circumstantial case, that it was never established exactly how Mary ingested the colcichine and who put it in her food/pills/drink. It only takes one juror with doubts ... I think that's all they can hope for now. The prosecution was much stronger than in the first trial imo.

Well we'll see.

Looking forward to the closing arguments tomorrow!

He also tells them he’ll instruct them later on considering a lesser charge - manslaughter.

Policelli tells the jury he trusts them and knows they will do the right thing.

Defense - Bottle of remaining capsules tested negative for colchicine.

Defense - Referring to letter of intent used to buy toxin - “who writes that other than someone who knows about plants?”

He reads the letter of intent - uses big words about using colchicine for horticulture use.
