Policelli - they say Adam would have gotten rid of the colchicine bottle, but Katie wouldn’t have?

Policelli now talking about gloves, goggles and mask found in Adam’s Jeep - reads safety precautions on colchicine.

Policelli says no one will ever know what was on the gloves - might not have been oil from a car.. could have been dirt.

Policelli says his witness who saw Adam with a marijuana plant - proves that Adam was not a novice - either was his mom.

About Martino’s testimony - All proved was that the electronic devices were used to purchase the colchicine, but not who killed Mary Yoder

Policelli says the person who was researching about colchicine poisoning on CFC computer - was right after Adam got sick.

Defense says DA will want you to believe that Conley wanted her backup deleted from Yoder’s laptop b/c of consciousness of guilt.

Defense - This conduct doesn’t prove guilt at all

Policelli brings up anonymous letter - reads it to the jury - breaking it down bit by bit.

Defense - Only Adam would have known at that time what he did to his mother - refers back to munchausen syndrome

Coluzza - the evidence shows that Mary was killed by the defendant and it was an intentional death - a murder
