The jury has also asked to her Dr. Marraffa - Chemicals expert

Jury has asked to hear Adam Yoder’s testimony - the judge asks them to try and narrow down what part of his testimony they want to hear.


Jury has also included words in note i.e colchicine - judge doesn’t know what they’re looking for exactly

Judge says if they want to hear the full testimony they can, but it will take a long time to read back.

It wouldn't take me long if I were a juror. For those that followed the first trial, how did they not get it?

The defense attorney blamed the husband, WY, in the first trial and brought out information about his relationship with Mary's sister. It created some doubt. . I was astonished the last time with the vote leaning toward acquittal. The prosecutors presented a much stronger and more detailed case this time

Jury sent a second note - asked for charges to be read back - also asked “what did Conley go to college for?”

Judge says they can not answer specific questions, only provide them with evidence from the trial.

To clarify: jury sent two notes at once.

Judge says he will re-read the charges and says there is nothing in the testimony about what Conley studied in college.
