@KlasfeldReports

New Ghislaine Maxwell jury note: Judge Nathan says that jurors made a number of requests, including for different color "Post-Its," highlighters of different colors, whitepaper board, and "Matt's" transcript. They also want a definition of "enticement."

Is this an indication the jury is acutely in disagreement?

There’s a note not a verdict
It’s a question about enticement

This is good news, yeah? Sounds like maybe there are a few educators on the jury-different colored post its, and different colored markers. Looks like they're doing a good job taking their time, going over everything.

Ghislaine Maxwell's jurors now want the testimony of Gregory Parkinson, a retired police officer who told the jury about the Oct. 20, 2005, search of Jeffrey Epstein's house.

Parkinson was also called to Epstein's same Palm Beach home 2003, for a reported burglary. Reminder: That's the year Epstein's ex-house manager Juan Alessi testified that he stole money from his former boss. Jurors requested Alessi's testimony before the holiday break.

Instruction No. 14: Count Two: Enticement to Engage in Illegal Sexual Activity – The Elements

To prove the Defendant guilty of Count Two, the Government must prove each of the following three elements beyond a reasonable doubt:

First, that the Defendant knowingly persuaded or induced or enticed or coerced an individual to travel in interstate commerce, as alleged in the Indictment;

Second, that the individual traveled in interstate commerce; and

Third, that the Defendant acted with the intent that the individual would engage in sexual activity for which any person can be charged with a criminal offense under New York law, as alleged in the Indictment.

Count Two relates solely to Jane during the time period 1994 to 1997.

IMO I don't think the jury is overthinking, I think they requested the post it notes, etc. to be able to better organize/refresh their thoughts after the long Christmas break.

Hope that jury is not waiting three hours for post-its, colored, markers and Matt's transcript.

I am so nervous, how will I cope if she is acquitted?

Here's my guess. She'll get somewhere between 2-5 years and get credit for time served. She could be out within a year and on her merry way. She'll get fined as well. She'll appeal, and of course she has civil suits ahead of her as well.

I wonder if she'll just get probation.

I think she'll do (more) time, but it will be token.
