The masks ...

Jennifer Coffindaffer, who was the FBI’s Supervisory Senior Resident Agent for the Virgin Islands between 2011 and 2012 .... “It is not unusual for those involved in these kinds of sex crimes, especially those involving minors, to wear masks,”

“In the context of what went on at that island, I would be looking for a meaning behind them, as well as any similarities to those who may have been involved in criminal behaviour on that island,”

Ms Coffindaffer said if she was investigating, she would be looking for hair follicles on the masks and for evidence of them being worn because “they appear to be indicative of something”.

In the 2019 matter USA v Epstein, he died before justice served, requiring his case dismissed. IMO, the GJ transcripts, affidavits, and subpoenas are where the critical details are documented -- not emails and gossip rags.

While I'm pleased to see Judge Paul A Engelmayer approved the release of grand jury transcripts and exhibits from Maxwell's 2021 sex trafficking case, which were previously withheld, it's not clear from this news release if this includes the details previously kept sealed by federal court Decision and Order dated 8/20/2025, where Judge Richard Berman denied the unsealing of grand jury transcripts and exhibits-- referencing USA v Maxwell (GJ trans & exh) and Guiffre v. Maxwell (exh/affidavits) in its decision.

I'm afraid full disclosure is going to be a situation where transparency will forever be hijacked by 18 U.S.C. § 3771, the Crime Victim's Rights Act-- which guarantees fairness, privacy, conferral, and protection.

Playing devil's advocate, I do see the irony of disclosing details and/or naming alleged perps while shielding victims to protect their civil rights, who previously received millions in damages for violation of their civil rights. MOO

ETA: I'll try to pull the federal Order(s) and updated Docket next weekend when I have more time to review!

If GM were male and not part of the "rich-and-famous" crowd, she would be thrown under the jail and never see daylight again -- in my personal opinion. Also in my opinion, her justice should be exactly the same as rank-and-file offenders. I do not personally care whether or not she's happy.

Tanya Dick-Stock, the daughter of late Canadian-born Denver real estate mogul John Dick Sr., and her husband Darrin Stock, sued Barclays, HSBC, and multiple trust companies in Colorado District Court on Dec. 5th, claiming the banks unlawfully handed control of her $350 million trust to her father, according to a complaint filed by their lawyer, former US presidential candidate John Edwards.

The case reveals how Dick Sr. allegedly helped an international rogues’ gallery hide their money — including convicted siblings of child sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell — thanks to a staggering horde of documents that Dick Sr. hid, and that the Stocks found, inside the family’s former 400-year-old manor house on the Isle of Jersey, an infamous offshore tax haven for the rich and powerful.

The isle is where Maxwell’s brothers Ian and Kevin Maxwell hid money offshore with Dick Sr.’s help following the 1991 death of their father, press baron Robert Maxwell, whose body was found in the water off the Canary Islands near his yacht, the Lady Ghislaine...

The client list also includes unsavory characters such as Russian oligarch Alexander Zhukov — Roman Abramovich’s ex-father-in-law; Israeli art dealer Ronald Fuhrer, linked to a missing Botticelli; American porn king Eddie Wedelstedt, who was convicted of tax fraud and obscenity charges in 2006; Igor Vishnevskiy, the former head of Glencore in Russia; and individuals involved in the theft of more than $100 million during the 1980s Savings and Loan scandal.
