There is also a question why some British newspapers are so into putting all the spotlight on Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor (not that his actions shouldn't be examined), while not putting that same effort to look into other British Epstein connections. Does who GM's father was, and his/the family's ownership in media play any role? Did GM invitexpeople to Epstein's island? If so, who and why?

All the New Details We Learned About Ghislaine Maxwell From the Epstein Files​

Yes, it's a fact that GM is a convicted liar -- she was already convicted of giving false statements.

However, specific to her habeas corpus petition, I do think that it's possible that DOJ made deals not much different than the non-prosecution agreement earlier granted to JE around the time he pled guilty to soliciting prostitution & soliciting a minor charges in Florida.

I first became aware of secret Grand Jury Transcripts, testimonies, and Exhibits, ordered sealed in a special court vault when Virginia Giuffre was responding to a civil suit filed against her by another alleged victim of JE, and sought to obtain discovery from the JE and GM cases to assist her defense. I believe Giuffre was seeking testimony from witnesses subpoenaed to appear before the grand jury, and it seemed to me that she was being blocked from the information at every turn.

If there are indeed 20 or so individuals who the DOJ allegedly made deals with as currently being alleged by GM, I'd say good chance their testimonies before the secret Grand Jury would have been sealed behind said vaults.

Ultimately, these Grand Jury Transcripts, Exhibits, etc., have supposedly been released under the current wave order-- but it was the Court's position on 8/20/25 that I especially recalled-- where Judge Richard Berman concluded as follows:

JMO, King Charles has done all he can to remove Andrew’s titles, privileges, income and his place in the line of succession. His duties have been given to his sister and younger brother. He’s been kicked out of Royal Lodge and exile to Marsh Farm.

The rest is up to Parliament, ie regarding titles, etc.

The Prince of Wales doesn’t have the power to do anything. According to palace sources, William has been pressuring his father to deal with Andrew for a long time. I don’t envy him or his father in having to deal with all of this.

GM is despicable, but remains the only fallen domino in this whole appalling saga. Would she entertain speaking out if the believes all pardon avenues exhausted, or is she happy enough in her current country club to wait it out?
