I think the wondering about elder Rackover comes from him having access to the apartment and his car being used and him having to know JR's criminal background to an extent.

Why are threads on this case on other sites being silenced and shut down?

Why wouldn't the victim leave in the morning when the girls did? Why would you stay at a strangers place in the morning? Do guys generally meet other guys and just stay there after the party is done if you never met them before? Why did LD phrase the cigarette argument as if JR had a problem with JC leaving the apartment...

As far the thread shut downs, I've never seen that happen before.

I thought of another possible angle. Could James have been tired of being under someone's thumb and decided to break free? Could he have gathered up a bunch of burly guys to steal the SAFE!? It does seem like a possible, half baked, James scheme gone awry

Sr may have used that for inventory overload or special peices he was working on He may have trusted the good BS-ing con not to do something that crazy and was sadly surprised.. Just another opinion from my mounting theories..

ive thought a lot about those tapes and why they would throw JC's body out the window & this is what I've come up with so far. We know JR called for the cart, so he probably had the intention of taking the body out on that. However, JC, being a big guy probably didn't fit in a hard cover suitcase. They probably got him to fit in that duffel bag, but because of the soft, unstructured nature of the bag's fabric, one could see the shape of a body in the bag, like the contours of the head, or bent knees, etc. I think they put the duffel bag with JC in it on the cart & realized this, so they threw him out the window in the bag. That's how the blood evidence ended up on the cart, I read that he was seen taking the cart out with 2 suitcases, but they were probably empty. He may have just put them on the cart because he called for it & needed to appear like he was using it. what does everyone think?

That seems a good theory. Also I think getting the body into the trunk would take 2 people and they didn't want to be taped, both of them heaving a duffle into the back of the car! So I speculate they dropped it out a window into an area without cameras where JR drove up after leaving the garage.

Just read an article that said Jeffrey has stopped paying rent on apt and has thrown away all mementos of JR He also regrets the day he ever met him. I would feel the same way.

Yes, because the facts are not out yet. He may very well know with JR's history, he may take the fall hard, even if what JR claims is true, he was upstairs. He seems like someone you may help out and get "" in the back.

I got to thinking about why the safe had to be taken in, instead of Jeffrey or JR just opening it for the police. Could they have been trying to break it open or dismantle it causing them to fight? I wonder what time they asked for the luggage cart?

JR said he has never met the victim in his life. I do not know if he was out with his friends that night. He said he was upstairs watching movies with Jeffrey. Now of course he had to have helped with the disposal. He had his life set from a very hard life down in Florida. He had it made. Unless he is a hardened killer who cannot help himself, why would he give that up? There are past interviews with ex girlfriends who say he is not gay, at all. He really likes women, but ended up meeting Jeffrey and ended up in a different deal.

He hung out with straight guys. I do not think he made a pass at Comunale or was jealous. He too is a very handsome. There is something about LD. He has a stronger and longer friendship with GM. I obviously do not know what happened, but these are my senses now.

Interesting from the above article:

He claims Dilione brought a group of people over to his apartment from a club around 4am and Comunale was among them.
He said there were no arguments and everyone left around 7am and he went to bed shortly after.
When asked about accusations that he murdered Comunale and drove his body to New Jersey to bury it in a shallow grave, he told the Daily News: 'Wheeled him out of the building? There was no body.
'There was no dolly. I was never even seen on camera with this kid. I have no idea who he is.
'I can’t explain what happened at all. I didn’t do anything.'
But Rackover fiercely denies this, claiming: 'I have no reason to hurt this kid. I’ve never hurt anyone. I’ve never killed anyone. I didn’t do any of this.'

I was reading the internet clippings on this case and I believe the new suspect was brought in because James was telling the truth and he may have been misidentified on the surveillance video. GM said he changed from his clothes into some clothes of James Rackovers! Those watching the tape may have saw the clothes, hair, and assumed it was him. Rackover said he came down at 7am from Jeffrey's and went in his room to bed. The girls and guys left. The video showed Dilion and Comunale arriving together in the morning. Either GM and Dilione killed Comunale or Dilion did and called his friend over to clean it up and discard of body.

I think they are framing James!
