I need to read up on the safe later. Any links?

I can't find any. They hushed that up real quick, so it must have a lot to do with the story. Joey left for an hour, between 6:30 and 7:30. Where could he have gone? Apparently not for cigarettes. The luggage cart was requested 6:30 Sunday night. There no mention of Gemma at the club. When did he come on the scene?

Those suitcases were filled with bloody sheets and clothes. I guess the clothes they found in chute were from Monday or Tuesdays second cleaning. There is seriously something wrong with Gemma to get involved in this so deep. I still can't figure out why Joeys pants were off.

IMO James is the loose cannon. I will be shocked if he is not the one who stabbed Jc. He seems like a pompus, arrogant, obnoxious, entitled manipulator.
He thinks his "connections" can make this go away. Doubt it and really hope nobody puts up the money for him.

I agree, but if Jeffrey still has feelings for James and unlimited funds to help him fight, we might all be disappointed

They seem to be laying the ground work to declare the confessions inadmisable in court.

This case has such a mafioso, corrupt, cover-up feel from the get go.The way certain news outlets and website's are on mute is also making me feel like this is be censored and controlled. It feels erie because I've never seen this happen before

According to Gemma’s account, he and his roommate, 28-year-old Lawrence Dilione were at the 1OAK nightclub and retreated to the E. 59th St. apartment of James Rackover after deciding to avoid a club, Gilded Lily, where a fight was taking place. Dilione and Rackover, 25, are also suspects in the case.

Gemma, Dilione and five others piled into a pair of cabs and headed to the winding down party at about 4 a.m., Gemma said in a police account of an interview.

Agreed.

I agree. The facts keep changing and now with MG and the, 'change of clothes,' being highlighted into the case, it has more to do with the case then a chnge of clothes to get comfortable. It is possible he did that, but: Where are his original clothes? Were they bloodied and spattered to such an extent he needed to change? The person who stabbed Comunale will be the one with blood spatters on shirt. Was the blood spatter on the original shirt GM wore or the shirt he borrowed? Did the police question James by bringing a blood spattered shirt into the interrogation room and James was Whoa, GM had that shirt on or responded in believable anger he was not wearing that shirt that led to cops to hammering Dilion until the fact MG was wearing the shirt, AND THIS would explain the sudden new suspect being brought in. It is also possible MG's original shirt in the garbage bag had blood all over it and could not be identified. These officers sure have a whodunit? case like the old movie Clue.

Gemma’s clothes were believed to have been found in the garbage “with blood on them,” a police source said.

I guess he'll say that he left his clothes there in a heap when he left, and they must have got bloodied in the struggle. And then LE will have to analyse the blood patterns on the clothes and try to prove that someone was wearing them when they got blood on them.

Interesting from the above article:

He claims Dilione brought a group of people over to his apartment from a club around 4am and Comunale was among them.
He said there were no arguments and everyone left around 7am and he went to bed shortly after.
When asked about accusations that he murdered Comunale and drove his body to New Jersey to bury it in a shallow grave, he told the Daily News: 'Wheeled him out of the building? There was no body.
'There was no dolly. I was never even seen on camera with this kid. I have no idea who he is.
'I can’t explain what happened at all. I didn’t do anything.'
But Rackover fiercely denies this, claiming: 'I have no reason to hurt this kid. I’ve never hurt anyone. I’ve never killed anyone. I didn’t do any of this.'

Those James quotes from his jailhouse interview scream over the top PR move to me. Also the language he uses "I was never even see on camera with the kid"

They definitely thought they had more time to scheme. James left the car in a different parking lot than the Sutton. I guess that was supposed to get mysteriously stolen and driven into some lake somewhere.

They probably thought the garbage would be long taken away if/when police caught up to them.

Maybe they were going to dig a deeper grave and bury all the items along with Joey as soon as they finished bleaching down the joint. That's why they probably brought him to their hometown, so they could revisit the body and carry out phase 2 of their half baked plan.

They went James first and he sent them to Larry, so technically James is also a rat.

This states that Larry is a decorater

I don't have a link, but read on another forum that Larry's family lives in Fl and own a race horse.

At same forum they stated that Gemma may work at Foggia Florist. I have no proof of these two statements, but poster sounded like he has inside knowledge.

Did LE say that the car was left at a different garage than it was taken from? I don't remember.

Many people I know do not rent garage space in their own buildings. So not far fetched if the car was always kept in a different lot.

I haven't read anything about him being obnoxious, pompus, or arrogant. His ex girlfriend did not have anything terrible to say about him and he left her for his life in New York. She did not mention any violence, he was a jerk, or he treated her badly. He may be all those things you said, but I haven't heard it from anyone yet.

*snip*James Rackover driving the Mercedes into a parking garage on 58th Street, police said. A police dog later examined the vehicle and alerted officers to a presence of a human cadaver or human bodily fluids in the area of the trunk and rear panels of the vehicle, according to the criminal complain

Interesting that it is GM's clothes with the blood. I wonder if it is blood spatter. This may fit my timeline of what happened.

If I was being blamed for a murder I did not commit, I would be wailing and over the top with proclaiming my innocence too. That is what happens when a person is being blamed for something they did not commit.

He may have done it, but the police probably have a handle on if his over the top exclamations of innocence are true or not true. They are good at interpreting that. Guilty people are usually really calm and cool when proclaiming their innocence. The officers then think, boy I would be screaming and hollering if I was innocent being charged with this crime.

The link on the sidebar is for Christmas lighting. The business is Construction. The Christmas lights are likely the ones on large high areas a construction truck or equipment can reach safely.

the Grand Sutton's main entrance is on east 59 but the parking lot in that building has entrances on both e59 & e58 st.

It is interesting to read that Dilion's lawyer said he does not know if his client will give authorities anymore information about the events, they are going to sit back first and watch what happens. I take this as his framing has worked so far and they will sit back and wait to see if Rackover gets all the heat because he has a history.

Dilion's story keeps changing. He now says he was in an argument with Comunale about cigarettes and James butted in and stabbed the guy 14 times over cigs.

I still cannot find any story about a safe. ?

There goes that theory..lol.. Is it true Jeffrey was on the board of directors that decided to let James move in? Also did Jeffrey send bouquet of flowers to all of the tenants? I also read that the tenants all hate him now. If he is high up on the board they could probably ban together and sue him for emotional distress.

Its not fair that all those people had to be put in danger so he could have a play toy. One of them could have been robbed or worse.

The safe thing is bugging me also. What could have been in there? They can't hush the whole world. There will be leaks. Their silence is creating an insatiable curiosity in many people.
