I know you think he was framed but what else is there...
At first I had no clue, but I started having doubts about James guilt with his (what others called) over the top, his anger and frustration that he was innocent. You expect an innocent person to yell from the roof tops of their innocence when not guilty. The guilty who claim innocence are usually cool as a cucumber and calm while protesting. His first thoughts were sympathy toward Comunale's friends and family and that of his own and how this is affecting them. You rarely hear the accused express this. I haven't heard it from Dilion or Gemma, and they are much more from the area, part of this area.
Then what were written as facts kept changing. James was out partying with Comunale and Dilion all night to he was never there. There were many more of these big changes to the story.
It was surprising because I felt something was off, then bingo Gemma enters the picture and Rackover's charges are lowered.
I believe the truth is stranger than fiction and Rackover is caught up in a Hitchcock strange storyline and he better hope it is investigated thoroughly, if he did come in and crash in his bedroom, light out before Dilion and Comunale came in at 7am together from walking the girls.
James has had a haunted what is going on look since the beginning in the court room.
Dilion looks like a rat and seems to be scheming.
My theory is James did as he said came down from Jeffrey's crashed in his bedroom, passed out until 12-1.
Dilion and Comunale came back (on camera), Gemma was there as well. Something happened and Comunale was stabbed 14 times. Gemma must have stabbed him because his clothes were so bloody, he grabbed some clothes of Rackover's and changed. they bleached the victims and Gemma's clothes, placed down garbage shoot in bags. Clean the place up. most visible stains.
Dilion knows how Rackover speaks called and asked stupid questions pretending to be Rackover. The two throw the body out the window, go down and pull the car around and take Comunale's body 1 mile from their place. They are roomies. Gemma stays and Dilion comes back and straightens out more and leaves for home.
James wakes up later and comes out clueless. He may see some weird stuff he cannot place but would never dream up a murder.
Sunday night, Dilion calls Comunale asks for him to bring some stuff of his over or something. James leaves with a duffel bag and goes to Dilion's. Scheming Dilion takes that duffel bag to the scene of the crime at some point before leading the cops there.
The set up begins, but does not go as smooth as Dilion hopes. The story changes as evidence is investigated and that led to best friend Gemma.
Boy, I am dizzy from this case.
