Wasn't it reported that the police took the carts into custody due to blood stains on them?

Could it be they didn't want to say luggage cart because they were going with that one for James?

They probably did use the cart, because, heck, why not at that point.

They already said the blood evidence and clothes were found IN THE BASEMENT. That Daily Mail fraudulent show of looking on the ground from the window and in bushes was nauseating.

They already know what happened. Physics 101 would tell you he would be splattered all over.. Imo

IMO there's no big conspiracy or coverup. JR is in jail because he was involved in the crime. Both JR and LD are guilty although I'm not 100 percent sold on who did the stabbing and if it was just one person.

IMO Max knows what went down but wasn't involved in actually attacking Joey nor the burial of his body. Which is supported by him not having that charge. I think the charges on him are a shakedown so he spills the beans as LE still can't charge anyone with murder. LD and JR were very good friends. I feel like neither have told LE it was one or the other. Hence why there are no murder charges. I also don't remember hearing that a murder weapon was discovered and I'm sure all four guys DNA would be in the apartment so that's no help.

I think the biggest mystery is the motive. And by the lack of knowledge in cleaning up the scene and the fact that every move can be traced and wasn't concelead well IMO this was not pre mediated.

Would love to hear the girls stories and what Jeffrey knew as well, but don't think that's happening.

There are pics of Larry and James together thats for sure... Max lives with Larry thats for sure... The girls count of where everyone was and how they ended up at the Sutton building is key along with the motive... This story still boggles my mind... All I know if Joey was with any of his homies from Stamford or Long Island he wouldnt be dead... He was either thinking Im gonna hook up with one of these girls and if not, oh well, there may be some coke as a consolation prize.. sad but true

Larry's Oceanport neighbors said they don't see him unless he visits, so he wasn't living there. It doesn't seem like he has much going on other than working for the family business. Could he have been crashing at his bustling office of 1?

I'm wondering what the consensus is of those in the tri-state area. Are they outraged by the ever changing stories? Are they bored due to lack of new MSM reports? Anyone from there care to say?

Doubt it... If they were newspapers/websites would be having a field day posting stuff about them... Look how quickly they dug up information on James Rackover... Knowing his real name and getting all of his priors... These guys were as clean as a whiste

Yep. IMO this is basically what happened. For whatever reason. I don't believe it was over cigs. Drugs, money or egos.

I looked for link and I couldn't find one. Websleuths came up with a poster discussing the metal safe. It was very hush-hush since quick mention early on. I personally think it was Jeffrey's.

These are some of the inconsistencies I was still able to find. I know I heard or read about bloody sheets in duffel bag at graveside, I know I won't find that anywhere now.. Did anyone else remember that?

switching gears, as i just saw JC&#8217;s townhouse was put on the market.
its listed as furnished, and contains photos of the unit, complete with furniture/decor. the place looks so "joey" - at least how i imagine (stylish, meticulous, current), as my only 'knowledge' of him is from the news....

my thoughts go back to his folks, and all they have endured over this past month and a half, and then on top of that all of the practical tasks that need attention when we lose a loved one - plan the funeral, address any possessions, sell the house, and on and on.... Prayers for the family, it should never be this way...

But re: the ad... also couldn't help but notice that almost every room - dining room, bathroom, etc - had a photo or artwork with a New York City theme (the bridges, Lady Liberty) hanging on a wall.


so sad to think of how he met his tragic fate in the city he seemed to love.

Good catch regarding Stamford townhouse. It looks "sanitized" in the pics, nothing personal present, all pretty basic but clean. Certainly not as "glitzy" as the Rackover pad, chandelier and artwork, etc. Sad to say, an impressionable and ambitious kid must have been wowed by the NYC lifestyle.

I'm catching up on this story and have only made it to post 23 of this thread so if this has been address, so sorry.

I think JC was gay. What if LD and MG are also and are in a relationship? If one of them walked in on their partner with JC, that could evoke enough rage for this murder.

I didn't know it was code for "I'm single". I trust you would know that having four sons. I guess it's just a vibe I get from the whole story. The far fetched sexual rejection story, the Bar switch in the press, the pants being off and the hanging out with gay guys after hours. The story of him going on vacation to Croatia with a male friend in July also had me wondering

I think concealment of facts because someone has a problem with certain things will hurt the case.
