@Satchie I feel that there is constantly something to report on this, and all on-going cases. They continually rehash news on all other high profile cases in the past. We have Gemma's hearing tomorrow, why no report? We had James hearing last week with miniscule reporting.

Why are no reporters following the accused,Gemma and Dilione around Tmz style while they prance around freely as James rots on Rikers Island before the hearing is even heard? Does anyone else ask themselves these questions,?

Does anyone know if Jeffrey purchased the apt. outright in the fall for James or if he purchased it recently in light of all that has happened.

I was also wondering if Jeffrey moved back in yet,and if not, why? Maybe Freddie will show up and tell us.

The reason I'm using caps is to make contrast between the snips and my statements. I'm not yelling. The edit features here don't work for me. When I bold it disappears when I paste my post in WS text box.

I'll try and find a different way that is not so drastic. Just thought it would be easier to read, didn't know my mental state would be questioned. LoL

Could someone find out the vehicle(s) owned and registered to Jeffrey? As Bo Dietl said, he isn't sure Jeffrey even owns a Mercedes.

That would make sense that James would be fighting the driving charge, considering Dilione may have driven his own car to transport Joey's body.

For all we know, Gemma might even have a Mercedes. Also could someone find out if Dilione has a valid DL. I have a strong felling he doesn't, or didn't, things could change overnight. We do know Dilione has a Mercedes though.

Where exactly was Dilione when THEY approached him on the day of his confession? Was he at James house or at his office, very close to burial site. This also wasn't made clear.

He couldn't have been at James HOUSE, or they would have took James in also, so where was he? How was Gemma present at this confession and why would they drive all the way back to NY Monday morning? It makes no sense. Especially if they had more to do with the burial.

I'm sure they were caught off guard and stunned at the police being there, probably in Oceanport. So all that toll reading stuff and the car pulling back in the garage at 3am may be bogus. Plus that was eyewitness account saying they saw James leave the car. Imo

<James Rackover is seen leaving his apartment building on East 59th Street and placing a large duffel bag into the trunk of a black vehicle with tinted windows that was parked outside the building.>

Why is this duffle bag only mentioned every third article or so? Could it be more believable than muscle bound Joey fitting in a suitcase?

*snip*
<The investigation led the NYPD to Comunale's burned and shallowly-buried body in Oceanport, New Jersey>

I'm sorry to bring this up again, but if he was saturated in gas and lit on fire, his skin would have all melted off and he would be unidentifiable. They didn't say that, but they kept referring to him being burned..

I think they dismembered him, threw him down trash chute and then got the luggage cart, placing the bags inside the suitcases and then placing him in the car.

The bags with the sheets and clothes were probably put in the duffel bag. They would have brought everything that Sunday and still had all day Monday to clean the apt.

I don't know what those 32 pieces of evidence could have been. They bleached and scrubbed for 2 days. MOO

I you are bolding on a different application - you might try putting [ b ] (without the spaces) at the beginning of your sentence and then [ / b ] at the end of what you want to bold. Then it will appear Bold on WS.

All the questions you've been asking Donna will probably be answered when the trial starts. We sure don't know any of the answers yet!

We won't know any of this. And as much as I want to know what happened that night, if they tell the public everything the jury will be biased. It's better to just wait and see what comes from it with trial. We are the public, there are some things we are entitled to know and some things that we don't get to know.

Is there a way to get the court transcripts? I didn't try to go into that website, but I was wondering what time court starts.

Will the the NY Post provide the late breaking, play by play action in its two paragraph article as per usual?

Are the Daily Mail folks chomping at the bit?

Could someone with an extensive search app. please find out about Jeffrey, Gemma and Dilione's vehicle ownership and DL status.

I would do it, but it's pretty hard and it would probably give me a migraine without the proper investigative tools TIA

We are not allowed to sleuth Jeffrey per TOS, any one feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

The grisly East Side murder of a Hofstra grad started over a cigarette — and ended with his killer carving up the body in a bathtub.

A court filing by one of murder suspect James Rackover’s co-defendants provided a detailed accounting of the horrific Nov. 13 killing of Joseph Comunale after a night of hard partying.

<snip> Dilione described even more disturbing conduct in the ritzy apartment in a videotaped account, according to a filing by Mark Bederow, lawyer for suspect Max Gemma.

From above link (thanks, Epiphany!)

Snip

The 26-year-old victim was first beaten unconscious after a night of cocaine and boozing, then viciously pummeled and kicked while helpless, according to a statement by suspected co-conspirator Lawrence Dileone.

The suspect admitted to the initial attack on Comunale, but blamed the murder on James Rackover — the surrogate son of a renowned jeweler.

“I didn’t kill Joe, it was James," Dilione allegedly told cops. "All I did was punch him, then James said he didn't want to go to jail and then James stabbed him."

Dilione described even more disturbing conduct in the ritzy apartment in a videotaped account, according to a filing by Mark Bederow, lawyer for suspect Max Gemma.

“Dilione admitted assaulting Mr. Comunale to the point of unconsciousness after an argument over cigarettes," said Gemma's lawyer, citing Dilione's recorded admissions.

"Rackover then viciously kicked and beat the defenseless Mr. Comunale," the lawyer claimed, and declared that "we have to kill him.”

Rackover, 25, then allegedly choked Comunale and stabbed him in the head with a knife. The victim was dragged to a bathtub "where Rackover unsuccessfully attempted to dismember him with a serrated blade,” said Gemma.

Would explain the very early confusion in MSM accounts that JC had poss been dismembered. He wasn't, but accd'g to the reports the day the body was found, the family had spent the day attempting to ID Joey's body, and soon it was reported that dental records were sought and used for the ID

This is sickening.

<snip> And documents now show that investigators did not even move to search the Jersey City home of Dilione and Gemma until nine days after the killing.

“During these nine days, Mr. Gemma knew he was under investigation and had unfettered access to the target premises," Bederow argued.

The long delay, while Dilione was in jail, undermines the district attorney's claim that Gemma was involved in evidence destruction at Rackover's home.

Not only was the search delayed and therefore useless, the search warrant affidavit submitted by the DA's office had the wrong address.

Detectives had already been to the apartment to speak to Gemma but did not ask to look around.
