oops sorry about the margin, I have a wide monitor and didn't realize.
Meh, I knew it was your link doing it, but the information was so helpful I didn't want to say anything.

He came out of retirement for this case? I wonder if some case he worked on in the past has some kind of link to this case. Something he was unable to solve but has great knowledge about?
MB sister, I sure hope LE is watching and guarding her for this SK seems to be fixated on her.
Hi Lera213,
Yeah, I think that is a huge clue and I hope they are protecting her too. I really feel that he got off terrorizing the sister - it added an extra dimension to his fun...but he stopped calling when the family gave an interview about the calls. Of course he stopped then...
This guy's a creep who uses throwaway cellies , so I don't think he really used the internet to contact the girls- too smart for that IMO. Unless he knows that he can't be traced...can anyone speak to that?
This is purely my opinion and speculation, but I think SG's case and the bodies are all related, and I also think this will end up involving something more than murder, such as trafficking. Somebody posted a link the other day to a forum where a woman claiming to be a local said that JB was in the truck that was looking for SG that night. If that is true, then it seems to be a lot of effort by a most likely selfish john to track down an hysterical prostitute. If his personality is what I suspect it to be, he wouldn't be out looking for her; he would shrug it off. Also, him getting in the car with the driver would put him in a very vulnerable position, especially if they were successful and found her. Now he is outnumbered in the vehicle by a prostitute and a driver. Wealthy and privileged men who normally pay to bring women to them don't put themselves in this situation. In fact, chauvinistic men do far less for women they work with or are related to, let alone women they hired into the most subservient of all roles. If she really became hysterical and caused so much grief that night in his house and neighborhood, I would think it would be more likely for him to react with serious agitation and annoyance, even going so far as to spin it around and call the police himself, portraying himself as the victim. Also, he would lock his door, stay inside and leave the driver to deal with this mess. Who cares what the neighbors think -- frankly, people living in remote and exclusive beachside communities are used to seeing a lot of strange things.
I am also intrigued by the call purporting to be from the doctor. Remember, the SG incident occurred before any bodies were found, so the perpetrator or group of perpetrators might have been willing to take more risks back then. Maybe the call was simply to buy some time -- they might have already had interaction with many victims' families by this point (even beyond what has already been reported), and maybe they know the sorts of stories that easily satisfy curious relatives.
Second, is Overstreet a common last name? I was intrigued when I saw that ALC's real surname is Overstreet, and that she had spent some time recently in Florida. Overstreet is the surname of the cousin that was the focus of much attention in the Cummings case down there. I don't really see any real connection, except the possibility for some sort of remote family connections.
Some very good points in your post. But I have to go back to:
1) If SG saw something or had something done to her in JB's house, and she freaked out - maybe it is possible that he called the driver because SG had already called 911 and that was the best way to NOT draw attention to himself.
2) How did PH come to the attention of LE? Please, this is really bugging me. Anyone know?
3) How did the driver get back in the gate (as he said he waited outside the gate)? Did JB come pick him up or...???
TIA
Hi Redbird (afraid to quote you haha, just because of the problems I'm having).
I'm referring to you saying that most working girls would never allow a john to inject her.
I agree - that is a stretch. I was just trying to figure out why SG was so freaked out (besides the fact that she felt that someone was trying to kill her). Coke will cause that kind of paranoia (more than bi-polar IMO), but you really have to be doing A LOT or injecting it. JMO
So many red herrings

Yes, the information about PH calling came from SG's mother. How did the driver get back in? That's something I have wanted to know. How does the gate work? Maybe a local could elaborate. Surely the people that live there don't have to walk all the way to the gate to let visitors in.

What I would like to know is this; How long did JB try and get SG to leave? Are we talking minutes or an hour?. Has he told LE what her demeanor was. Was she talking, reading the paper? What really happened after the "party" was over. Obviously he wanted her out but did not want the police there.
And re the dr. Do we have any info that he was alone that night. Where was the wife?.
I still go back to Pat Brown's opinion that the SK lives east of the area since the victims were found on the westbound side.
And if SG never actually got in that car it is possible she headed east and the Sk has a scanner and heard the police being dispatched to the area and he goes out looking..
SBM - There was a Facebook page for SG, and there were postings on that page that alluded to a mysterious call that SG's family had received the day after she was reported missing. The caller claimed to be PH, and he said that he was running some sort of rehabilitation center out of his home, and he had been working with SG to get her off of the streets. She came to his house that night, and 'he let her in, where she stayed the night, and then left the next morning, and seemed OK'. That is how I recall this strange and twisted aspect of this case. Sorry I don't have links right now (chasing other rabbitts down the hole), but if you google "PH (full name), SG (full name) phone call", I bet you will find some news articles that explain it. Hope that helps!
I believe the mother and sister went to his home to speak with him as well. The media interview that I saw quoted on here has the dr. pretty much admitting to calling the mother, just not the part about SG spending the night at his home.
<rsbm>... Surely the people that live there don't have to walk all the way to the gate to let visitors in.
OK.... so let's brainstorm about what other avenues this SK could have been linked into. I believe the SK has these traits:
1. He is local to the Long Island area.
2. He has money to spend.
3. He is probably divorced.
4. He probably has a child - probably only one, and probably a son.
5. He collects objects that facilitate making him look like he has stature in the community - boats, cars, etc....
6. He is obsessed with sex and probably visits websites associated with sex, and especially BDSM sites.
I do not mean for any of this to be offensive to some of my friends who are into the BDSM scene, and who are actually pretty normal people!!!! I just believe this guy has violent sexual fantasies, and he needs to dominate because he feels completely inadequate if he is honest with himself - which is too painful for him to do. So..... with all of that said, are there any Long Island individuals who fit that category? Where else can we look??? What other search terms can we sleuth??? Of course, we cannot name individuals who are not yet named as POI by LE, or are not yet in MSM...... But we can look for clues that I bet are out there.... we just need the right search terms. :banghead:

Evidentally, they do, because Coletti had to go down and open the gate for LE. (Believe it or not!)
<rsbm>
IIRC, GC said in one of his interviews that when LE arrived, he had to go to the gate to let them in.
