Even a native of the island states how difficult it would be for him to find the same location along the highway more than once. Unless it's a moonlit night, he states, you can't even see the ocean or bay:

any missing mother and child from the area in the past year or two? child was the word not baby fetus newborn... Someone is missing a daughter and grandchild, sister and niece/nephew, wife and child. hmmm
SK has to have access to a meat locker or large freezer or a truck with a sealed cooler. Taxidermy.? old bomb shelter? where could SK store 2-5 bodies?

Thanks for this info epiphany. The four identified victims were last seen when the moon was waning. The moon was waning crescent for Maureen Megan and Amber (very dark night) and waning gibbous for Melissa..

I just caught up reading the thread and WOW! I am shocked the hear a child's body was found. A couple nights ago I dreamed that a child's body was found with these latest remains! I told my bf about it because I was so upset about the dream. Now I am feel like I have been punched in the gut!

This is horrible and just getting worse and worse. I disagree with the writer of the article that it may not be the same perp since it doesn't fit the pattern. Is this beach just a general dumping ground for murderers?? I don't think so. It is in my opinion the same person. This poor child could be the child of one of the victims or the perp is also a child sex offender. So sickening.

One of the four sets of remains recently found on a remote Long Island beach belongs to a baby or a child -- not a grown woman, a law-enforcement source told The Post.

"One doesn't match the others. It's a young person, possibly as young as an infant, or a child," said the source, who is familiar with the investigation.

"If that's the case, then that wouldn't fit the pattern," the source added, suggesting that the victim may not be related to the other murders, believed to be the work of a serial killer.

I just watched the Today video. Pat Brown thinks someone probably knows the guy who did these killings even if they don't realize he would be capable of that. She said he is probably addicted to , that he is a sexual sadist, that he lacks empathy (obviously), and that even if he holds a job and goes out in the community he would probably still come across as cold-hearted or weird.

ETA: I just remembered that she said he probably isn't all that smart or a mastermind. He just hasn't been caught yet.

She thinks the LE connection is overblown because he could have gotten ideas from anywhere on TV or elsewhere, and as far as the phone calls from Manhatten to a sister of one of the victims, that is a good clue for where to look for him. He might live on LI and work in Manhatten.

I believe she said she thinks he lives East of where the bodies were found since they were all on the right side of the road coming from that direction. He would drive them down, dump them, then make a U-turn to get back home.

This is getting worse and worse, I'm disgusted. If there was in fact a child found this is now to another level. He's tech savvy, that's been established. He's sadistic, that's been established. I know keep saying this but I really think this is a Sex/ Ring and there is a lot of money involved. God forbid he taped/streamed/sold footage of these poor souls. Every time they arrest people with child on their computer I wonder who these people are "sharing" such heinous things. It's hard for a normal person to wrap their head around, but there is a market for horrible, horrible things. They better get to these rental properties and tear them apart, liquor store too. Maybe it's not a 'child' but a very small woman or teen. How old are escorts - are some under 16? If it is truely a child, maybe the child wasn't the target, but was a witness. I pray he is not targeting children!

I wondered that too. My mind just won't allow me to accept the idea of there being a baby or toddler found out there.

This is going to sound far-fetched (as usual)... but do you guys think it's possible that the Post story about the child is a plant meant to draw this guy out? Maybe they are saying they may have found the remains of a child to get a response out of this guy. I say that because most people view children as the embodiment of innocence and if LE believes this guy views his escort victims as less-than human sinners (based on the method of disposal and the content of the taunting phone calls), maybe the reports of possibly finding a child would drive him to contact LE in some way to say something like, "I never killed any children... if there were remains of a child found, they were not the result of my actions." Maybe they are looking at someone who has young children and they believe this report would get a response from him? A child just doesn't fit into this at all. But this case does keep getting weirder and more upsetting so anything is possible :sick:

I pray he is not targeting children too stillwatersc. However, the fact that the victims were of small stature concerns me. He could be targeting small women because his real freak is underage girls. He may be a RSO or have a record which is why he is being so careful not to leave evidence by removing their clothes.

Just another theory I have.
