Speculation: Shannan G's disappearance is connected. Perhaps, SG has had past communication via cell with the SK. Let's say, she had refused to accept the job for whatever reasons. If the common denominator is business through Craigslist, perhaps some of these Johns communicate with each other through the net behind a couple of screen names-rate the prostitute, talk about who they have hired this very evening, etc.
Maybe, the SK knew SG was there that evening through internet communication with SG's John prior to her visit. I hope LE was able to get a hold of the John's computer to see if he was unwittingly, unknowingly, communicating with the SK.
