They interviewed a lady who came to the aid of a badly injured woman who was in the ground floor restaurant. According to this lady - the injured woman said that a man came into the restaurant and asked to use the washroom. The man ran out of the washroom and shortly afterwards there was a huge explosion. If accurate this raises the question as to whether this was a lone-wolf jihadist attack.
