The badly decomposing body was found in a garbage bag inside a storm drain in Melville, near the long island Expressway

I cant find anything about them being identified, but they arent in NamUs

Oh wow good find!! I never heard of this one before. I wish there was more info like did it have any clothing was it male or female

According to googlemaps that is exactly 6.3 miles or 13 minutes from his workplace to the storm drain in question (I tagged from the storm drain itself to his workplace for distance in below link).

Surely LE has already compared this gentleman against the UID and ruled him out?

Given his NAMUS clothing description that he was last seen in, I would think removing his clothing would certainly help to hinder idetification when found ... especially if someone at his workplace were responsible:

Last seen wearing a blue work shirt with "Frank" and "Vinyl Masters" written on the front, blue work pants.

I cannot access NAMUS rule outs, so I cannot say.

Honestly I don’t put anything past Suffolk County when it comes to investigating!

Yeah it could be anybody we don’t even know how long the UID had been deceased for and or if it was male or female.

Oh and thank you for the more thorough map. I love it!!!
