NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said Yarimi was driving with a suspended license and should not have been on the road. She allegedly had dozens of violations and $10,000 of unpaid fines.

"I will call it like it is. This was a horrific tragedy caused by someone who shouldn't have been on the road. A mother and two young children ... killed, another child fighting for his life. A family and a neighborhood devastated in an instant," Tisch said during a press conference at the scene. "The NYPD sends its condolences to the family of the victims. May their memories be a blessing."

A Brooklyn wigmaker charged in a horrible crash that killed a mom and her two young daughters is threatening to sue the NYPD over a psych arrest last year — and posted footage of the bizarre encounter on social media.

Natasha Saada, 35 was in the crosswalk with her three young children at Ocean Parkway and Quentin Road when Yarimi careened into them Saturday, police said. The mom and her two daughters, Deborah, 5, and Diana, 8, were rushed to Maimonides Medical Center but couldn’t be saved, cops said. Natasha’s 4-year-old son was also struck and remains in critical condition.

After the crash, Yarimi told responding medics she was possessed, police said.

After being taken to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn in stable condition, Yarimi was transferred to the psychiatric ward of Bellevue Hospital, law enforcement sources said. Her arraignment is pending in Brooklyn Criminal Court.
