I'm assuming you meant dark green Yukon? There are two cars in the driveway in street view. One is a GMC Envoy and the other is a Dodge Durango. I considered the possibility that one of those two could be the car seen in the street overhead. The nose of that car is too short to be either of those two trucks.

Nice work Droopy!!!! You can hide a car at a hotel---makes alot of sense. If you see the same car day after day you'd think it belongs to an employee

Patricia seems to be a very low-key lady.....works and takes care of her daughter......I wonder what her social activities are--church group, book club, plays a sport.

I think you are right and it's not a Honda Fit out in the street. I tried to calculate the length of the car. There is some shadowing at the rear of the car that makes it difficult to truly measure, but using the measurements on google maps that vehicle looks to be somewhere between the 16 and 18 feet in length. A 2011 Honda fit is only 13 feet. The GMC Envoy in the drive way looks to be a 2006, last year they made it in green. That year has a length of about 16 feet. The last year of that body style of the Durango was 2003 and that length is also around 16 feet. More than likely it is one of those two trucks out in the street and not the Fit.

The street view is from July of 2012. I believe the overhead view is from some time in 2014. If you zoom out a little, you can find a small 2014 watermark near the church parking lot that is to the east of her home.

Yes, the shadows next to the other vehicles in the overhead are smaller than the one which possibly appears to be behind the vehicle in question, so I believe the shadow is not enough to make the difference of length between a fit and an Envoy XL. It is an XL which is 17.3 feet in length which would according to the scale given equate.

Well I know on NY's unclaimed funds website, you can find a Patricia D Cabrera on there with the address of 16 Anna Road. What she is owed is tied to HSBC FINANCE CORP and it was reported in 2012, no specific date when in 2012 though. Based on that she has to have been there two years at the minimum. Also, after three years of an account being dormant, banking institutions are required to report it to the OSC. That would put her at that address at the latest December of 2009??

You can rule out the Sarah Goode case as being related. Dante Taylor was arrested for her murder back during the summer. For those of you who remember her murder, Dante's next court date is coming up soon. While anything is possible given the limited info to go on, I see nothing that would indicate LISK being involved with PC.

Why would you? I live in a very large crime ridden metro area,not quite as large as the greater NYC,but we dont have nearly as many coincidental missing persons cases in such a concentrated area as LI.

I notice when there is an incident on LI you bring up the Gilgo Beach murders. Keep in mind that those who were identified so far had been involved in illegal (prostitution ) activities and were from out of the area .I would be willing to bet that NCPD/SCPD have a very high solvability ratio when it comes to missing residents.

Checked lut the park n ride at exit 52 today. Same black Honda Fit with novelty plates. Parked in a different spot.

While I don't think this has any ties to Patricia I just find it eerily coincidental. One of the Planet Fitness locations is in Bay Shore and the other :drumroll:... the Centereach Mall, right down the door from Mama's. I think my eyes popped out of their sockets for a second when I read that.

What is interesting to take note of in this story is...."Police say the three-week crime spree came to an end when shopping center security cameras recorded the two committing the crimes."

This article nor any of the other ones I can find indicate which shopping center actually recorded it. Both Planet Fitness's are located in shopping centers, but if it was in Centereach it makes it even more likely that Patricia or her car was picked up by a camera. If this parking lot is a drug hangout and something happened to her here, like being forced into her car, hopefully it was caught on camera and L.E. knows.

I wonder what the criteria is for a "missing adult" alert to be activated? Can you recall the names from the alerts you saw? Maybe an actual witnessed abduction is necessary?

I noticed that the last three alerts were just "missing adults". Not "silver alert".
There was an alert last week.
I will check on NYS site if I can find any info.
