Yeah cvaldez, I remember that case in Vallejo, CA. A young women was kidnapped in the middle of the night at gun point, her boyfriend was drugged with sleeping pills, and didn't call LE immediately (cause he was drugged) he let her go several days later, IIRC, close to her dads house. Nobody believed the the young couple, untill the perp tried it again and got caught, which led the LE back to the prior kidnapping.

I'm betting she talked him in to letting her go, promising she wouldn't tell on him. And I think she told police, and this is all to keep the POI unaware they are coming for him. Fwiw, i think it's her ex.

Initially, Abigail gave the wrong description of her abductor out of fear because he let her go and she promised. She suffered horrific abuse. Awful, awful case.

I would be very surprised if all of her old boyfriends weren't extensively investigated over the last two weeks.

Investigator says they followed more than 300 leads while looking for Rachael. Started with ex-boyfriends, family members, friends.

State Police say there is no one in custody. There is no description of a person or a vehicle people should look out for and no answer to if there is a person of interest.
Police say there is no threat to public safety and that Rachael had no injuries when she returned home.

After Jennifer Huston, anything is possible. I continue to feel terrible for her and the things written and said at the time she was found alive. The truth usually comes out, and until it does, it hurts no one to be compassionate until that time. JmO though.

After Jennifer Huston, anything is possible. I continue to feel terrible for her and the things written and said at the time she was found alive. The truth usually comes out, and until it does, it hurts no one to be compassionate until that time. JmO though.

??? I think you may mean a different case? Jennifer Huston was a suicide.

I'm glad she's safe and alive!

That's the main thing. Until more details are released (if ever- because a lack of details doesn't necessarily mean a crime didn't occur if the victim refuses to press charges) there's no point in calling her a liar and it could do so much damage. If she has been victimized I hope she's able to get the support and help she needs. If it eventually turns out she left of her own free will, I also hope she's able to get the help she needs.
