All the stats match up, resembles the recon, not sure about the timeline.
Good find but I believe this is a newer place. I don't believe B Flat was in the basement then.. There was something there but I have not been able to find it.I think this is the club they are talking about

Thinking about the earrings. The technic looks like enamel cloisogné.
Somewhat like this ones. These are from circa early/mid 1980's.

I really wish they would have showed us the other items found with her! I'm no makeup expert, but photos of the containers found could no doubt reveal more information about when she passed, or at least when she bought them. I've got pennies a few decades old, but I don't know too many people who would use lipstick that old, and definitely not mascara, which likes to go funny after like six months or a year or so.![]()
This case resonates with me. I believe I've been in this building at least on a couple occasions to attend party given by this couple who threw party events targeted at black gay females. If I recall correctly, the events were in the lower level of of the building. It may have been a duplex-like set up. This was in the late 90's maybe they were still throwing them thru early 2000's? I only went twice to celebrate with a co-worker. Anywho, it's said the body was cemented in concrete? So, wouldn't NYC work permits contain information on what work was being done and who was on the job or had access to the area at that time during construction work? It maybe a long shot, but seems like a good path to explore.

The victim's skeletal remains were found buried under a concrete floor in the basement of a Manhattan nightclub at 277 Church Street in Tribeca.
Underground workers found a plastic bag with a skeleton and several large bones. Associated artifacts place the lower limit for the post mortem interval at 1984...
ok.. I just read this over and it says.. the workers found a plastic bag with skeleton AND several Large Bones... were these bones separate from the skeleton.. like extra bones? and if so, did they ever identify what or who the Large bones came from?.. I dont know if I am reading this all wrong.. but seems weird.
