Found Deceased OH - Braylen Noble, 3, non-verbal, Toledo, 4 Sept 2020

Toledo police are now investigating elements of the 911 call made by Braylen's grandmother when the child went missing on Friday.

Many people who heard the 911 call reached out to WTOL 11, saying they heard a person say what sounds like, "I killed him," 18 seconds into the call.

common door.

I'm not certain the comment on the recording sways my suspicion solidly either way. I agree what we know of the scenario is hard to wrap your head around. However if the mother was actually on the balcony and came back to find her son missing by the time of the 911 call she would understanably be distraught. I could see her making a comment about responsibility since she may feel she failed him. Someone I knew personally dislocated their toddlers elbow picking them up totally by accident. At the hospital when they asked what happened she blurted out I hurt him. Not totally untrue but could have been misconstrued if over heard.
Then there is the alternate option that something did happen and this was blurted out oblivious to the fact the other party was on with 911. The release of the recording is also very curious. MOO

Same reporter linked above, updated to mention chief. Lots of searching. I had just seen reference to the 911 being of interest.

I'm using basic equipment and a likely bias, but the phrases "Am I going to jail?" from secondary voice, and curt "Yes" were more clear.

Ref. that reporter, she's saying she'll be on scene today with occasional FB Live as well as shooting video for her NBC 24 broadcasts.
Sounds like she'll have good information today. She just reported seeing a TFD drone in the air, no further info.

Federal agents are searching the areas inside and outside Hunter's Ridge Apartments for Braylen Noble, joining Toledo Fire and Toledo Police in the search.

I wonder if that's significant or just the Chief checking in. I wonder if the DA has been on the scene at all...

No mention of it being connected but they didn't explain what started it either.
Maybe LE needs to open a substation on the property, they're on site every day.
