Men throw destructive party in Medina County model home: Police

BRUNSWICK HILLS TOWNSHIP, Ohio-- Four local men are facing criminal charges after throwing a wild party at a model home owned by a custom builder.

The home in Medina County's Brunswick Hills Township is listed for sale at $400,000. That's why a real estate agent was surprised when 22-year-old Brian Rini showed up one day and said he wanted to buy the house.

Devastated for Timothy's family and friends. Even if they knew it was very unlikely, it'd have to spark hope. They spent a day and a half considering the impossible dream might be true.

This seemed like it was going to be such welcome news. I'm exhausted by national events and this was a ray of hope. Still, I will take comfort in the heroism of the people who helped a person who said he was in distress.
