Well that's pretty explosive stuff. If all of that is true, than yes, that diminishes any chance at all she's safe in a shelter.

And it's interesting that Barb shared he fought with Cheryl specifically about her moving out while he was in Florida.

Do you know if the two lawyered up immediately? I can't believe that if both of them had been formally interviewed separately, that neither one would slip enough to give LE what they needed to make an arrest. I haven't even read anywhere that either one had even had a formal interview with police.

I hope they have his house bugged and are surveilling his every outing. It seems like if they don't find her body, they clearly don't have enough.

What needs to happen, is the police haul William in for further questioning, they can hold him for a period of 24-96 hours, even if he’s as quiet as a church mouse, maybe that pressure of being held that this might be the vehicle of slip ups , by either him or the girlfriend or the older daughter (of which I consider a POI in this too), I get the feeling if he gets cornered like this his temper will get the better of him,
So I don’t mind him being a guest of the Riverside holding center for the 24-96 hours.
If I were the police I would check to see if either William, the girlfriend or the older daughter purchased burner phones, since the police must be listening in on their others
This bunch has been living the high life, thinking they got away with this, it’s time for the police to rattle the playpen,
I still think the weak link is the girlfriend, the police need to inform her how deep she is in this, and how long she would be in prison, , cut her a deal and maybe Polly will sing like a parrett

I remember reading this thread when it was started and thinking this was so obvious and someone would be locked up pretty damn quick. I'm sad that thats not happened.

It’s very discouraging that a human being can disappear off the face of the earth and the only people who care are us sleuths,
I do feel the police are dragging their feet , and god help anything interferes With people lives the next two weeks, But we have Cheryl, a human being “criminally missing “ with help from her own loved ones, (she thought)
If I was the detective in charge of this case , William would be picked up first thing Christmas morning, and the purpose would be to disrupt the “happy couple”, and I would ensure he would be a quest for 96 hours, I would want him to get aquainted of how his life will be, in orange.
I just hope this gets solved quickly and not turn out like the Pike Co murders that took two years just to make an arrest.
I get the feeling and the feeling is mutual that the victims takes second place and over time are forgotten

I take these cases very serious , because in my family on my mothers side there has been 3 murders that rocked our family, my mothers aunt a elderly woman beaten to death and thrown down her cellar stairs, which this case was solved by a cold case detective decades later, her life was taken violently over her social s3curity check, then on my mom side her brothers daughter her husbands brother and wheelchair bound wife were murdered in a home invasion, they were poor and died for nothing.
So with the violence that has affected my family I resent the fact that Cheryl s life was cut short because of a bad person ( I am being PC in my description), Williams and the others had no right to make Gods choice of how long Cheryl life was supposed to be,
So I am going to read and study everything I can about this case because it took due diligence to solve my moms aunts case, the answer is right in front of us , hiding in plain sight, this case will be solved by a simple clue that we are missing, so I will read up everyday until the missing piece is found and William is finally brought to justice, Merry Christmas Cheryl

Been thinking, since William as listed above argued with Cheryl demanding to leave the house, even though they married before he returned from Florida,,
Since he is nasty towards women, is there any other missing women in our area that had contact with him at one point, just wondering if he could be tied to a larger crime, with his so called open marriage with his motto, love them, then dispose

Is there any reason why the girlfriend who went to a Florida and is probably residing in Cheryls home now ( probably changed the China pattern already) , there is no photo or name , I consider her a POI also since she was directly involved before and after the disappearance.
I think her photo if released could spark a memory from a witness.
I was hoping this case would have been solved by now either for the good or bad, just knowing Christmas is being celebrated in Cheryl’s home is deeply disturbing, I wish he would remember until that divorce is final half that house is hers, and if he wants her out after he will have to buy her half out if he wants the house, if he can’t the home would be sold and any profit split, and if he’s too poor as he indicated we can get him a old washing machine box to call home

I have been researching back stories from Whio, a WDTN, And Dayton daily news, and the one article on WDTN , dated 21 oct mentioned a text message between Cheryl and a unnamed individual that channel 2 is withholding, as stated in the article, question why would they withhold the name,
Also another article states William was blindsided by divorce paperwork, I am confused if he wanted Cheryl out of the house by the time he returned from a Florida, his acting ability of seeming being blindsided for the public so he can play the victim , innocent husband.
After reading everything since that day, how much more do the police need to have him a be a guest for a few days,
As we start 2019 , I feel the police and the lack lack of public updates, her file is shelved,
So for my moms aunt who was murdered and cold cased, personal thanks to a buffalo police det Dennis Delano, who was so dedicated and unorthodox , he made it his career to solve old cases , due to dedication and not not being lazy he brought closure.
I wish the local police here would take notes on his ability and apply it to solve cases, if det Delano was able to solve my families case in a large city of a Buffalo NY , why cant they do it here in tiny Riverside,
Shame on this state and there lack of ability to solve any case

I know it’s christmas, but Cheryl is not around to celebrate, this year. I have reread all 23 pages of our notes and I think we need to completely start over from page one,
We need to take each individual who was directly involved with Cheryl from the 21 st of sept until now, when need to know everything William, the girlfriend, ( i wish there was a face and name) , Marissa, the daughter who dropped off at school, the coworker Cheryl’s texted, and exactly what the neighbors stated. We need to list everything they did or witnessed saying, and recoup are with previous statements, there is a piece missing , there is a few suspects in this case and they are covering each other closely and fear of William.

And the bit of the police with weekly updates and building a case against one individual, I know it’s 95% going to be William, so in the mean time does giving heads up info a safe idea, I think the day he’s taken into custody, will be a swat event, he’s dangerous, and I still think he has co- conspirators, especially favor of the week the girlfriend, ,
I know about the time , in that cold case I described of my moms aunt it took 34 years, to solve, but the dirtbag is in prison.

I figured it would happen I stopped at McDonalds on Woodman Dr to get a couple coffees, and Cheryls missing person poster is gone, I asked the cashier, she had no clue.
When tb24oh mentioned above about the weekly updates and building a case against one, sounds very promising, but if William was originally listed as POI, releasing info doesn’t that give him the heads up, to flee the state, I would not trust him to stand up like a man and accept what he has done, I feel he’s going to run.
Does anyone know if he has been has been abusive to the current girlfriend, of any previous girlfriends, has he ever been abusive to any family member.
Is he a member of any clubs, does he frequent any bars.
When the police searched the home in the beginning did they take his weapons for safe keeping until this crime is solved.
Does anyone know if current girlfriend, has moved in to Cheryl’s home, if so what did they do with her personal effects.
Do the police still have Cheryl’s SUV impounded
Are Cheryl’s bank accounts in her name frozen, so William can’t clean them out.
Do they have life insurance policies.
When channel 2 did a story , they mentioned the name of the coworker she texted, but they won’t release it, why is the tv station hiding it, do we need to file a freedom of information act claim to get info, since when does a tv station withhold info.
Does anyone know for certain if in fact it was Cheryl who took the child to school, since she was “jacked” on dad would she go along with a lie
Because of the Florida trip
The next divorce hearing in January will her lawyer be able to get a continuance, due to her status.
We need more info on the Cheryl’s work vehicle being tampered with,seems very suspicious
What did the neighbors actually hear or see on oct 2nd.
Who were the first people the police spoke with on oct 2nd
What did the daughter who was dropped off at school, demeaner that afternoon and evening of the oct 2/3, did she still attend school immediately after those few days after the police got involved
Is Cheryl’s mom afraid of William, is she being quiet out of a threat or fear

After rereading our notes there is definitely 2 or more involved in Cheryl’s disappearance, too many moving pieces for one without the others finding out

I realize there is a lot of homework above (questions to be answered) , but by relooking at this crime the missing piece will pop out

After Cheryl dropped the child off at school, (still need rock solid proof it was her behind the wheel), they state she went back to house, any witnesses actually seeing her,
How long did William hang around the home after someone (accomplice) ditched the SUV at Kroger
Did he go to work, or girlfriends home
Did he come home that night
What do his phone records indicate on that day
What was Marissa doing that fateful morning
Was she helping dad
I don’t trust her, her FB tells everything
Did William have any close guy friends who frequently visited home and were there that morning
What time do they get mail delivered, did mailman hear or see anything
Was fedex or ups in neighborhood that morning
Up until Cheryl was reported missing did William make any day trips to Kentucky , Indiana, or north of I-70, wondering if he had time to dispose of Cheryl, my thought is Marissa could have given him the time to do it before “finding” SUV.

Anyone who shares an Apple account, which many families do in order to share music and movies and not have to pay twice, can use the Find My iPhone app that is built into the phone. It shows exactly where all of the phones, ipads or Mac computers on the account are currently located. Convenience is precisely why people use it.

Yep tbh. We have the Apple family sharing, we all split a huge Verizon plan, and we all have Tiles on our keys and phones. That info is shared with each other in case one loses something, another of us can "ring" the Tile. Tiles are great. I can see where my family members keys or phones are at any time.

As a human being, how can she look herself in the mirror, especially what William is alleged to have done, is she willing to be an accomplice in a crime as serious as this, this tells me William is probably the first guy to pay attention to her so she would do anything to eventually be Mrs William.
Thanks for letting me know about this phone app, question is when Cheryl did not come home that night, did they try looking for her that night. I still have a gut feeling , that they waited until morning to use this app to buy time and set there plan in action.
All I know if my loved one was supposed to be home at a given time and they were no were in sight , I would be frantic, and backpath their route, I sure would not wait until the next day.
This world we live in is too dangerous today, there is no safe neighborhoods,
I am presently looking at William, Erin, and Marissa, as the crime associates in her disappearance.
Now I want to know why WDTN has withheld a name of the individual had texted. The only reason I could see them withholding the name is and this is a wild shot in the dark, is the person is a male coworker, and maybe there was an affair between them , and the male is protecting himself from his family, like I said I could be wrong , but if the police give them a briefing with nothing hidden, why not report the story .
