Oh, the post said "reactions from Angela's side of the family" so I couldn't even bring myself to click

You're right, there were reactions from both sides of the family, two different videos.

I think this counts as MSM as it's Fred's raw footage from the scene today, but it's mostly the camera being shaken around while people scream at each other and behave like a mob. Nine minutes of it.

I hope it does not turn put that LE missed this baby during searches. I hate to think that such a screw-up was made. Anything larger than and including a shoe box should have been examined, IMO, assuming they had the proper warrants.

I have a feeling it's going to turn out the box was buried inside the garage, and that for whatever reason the garage (which is separate) maybe didn't get searched as much or as thoroughly as the main house.

Going to be hard and hostile questions for LE tomorrow morning.

Did he just say he was told the box had a heart drawn on it? Really? Did I hear that right?

I am suppose to go out with my daughter tomorrow. I hope I don't miss the conference, but if I do, I trust someone will post the information or a link as where to watch it. I believe Ohio time is an hour different from the NE. I am hoping that LE will share what SK had to say. I assume he is the one that gave the information to them as to where to find the box. I also hope that if any family members knew of the location that he will also give them up.

Yes. You heard it right. "Someone" said the box had a heart drawn on it but he has yet to confirm it. Lots of rumors going around.

Clarification - when I said heal as a family, I was NOT including AS's family!

Hmm, that is interesting. Kind of like the heart that was placed on the duct tape on poor Caylees' mouth. What a thoughtful and loving tribute. *insert tons of sarcasm*

Those were my thoughts exactly. CA.

Wonder whos idea that was? Did she quick in a hurry draw a heart on the box before SK ran out the backdoor with her or did that box stay inside overnight with Elaina in it? If so I don't see how everyone who was there couldn't have known what was going on. That's just almost psychotic and creepy. That heart means nothing, you left her there for 3 months and never said a word. She was put in a box like an old pair of shoes and left to decompose. There's got to be something wrong with this woman.

The heart is not unlike the one drawn on the palm of little JonBenet Ramsey's hand. I wonder if in the box, a blanket was found as well. :-( Both are symbolic if not typical of parents who have possibly killed a child, whether by accident or intent.

A garage near the house is not the same as one at the same address. It would not surprise me to learn that the box was 'stored' in a back neighbor's garage across the alley, perhaps one that was not visited frequently.

I've not followed this case closely (nor any others, for some time) but I've kept tabs on it. Along with so many, I had certainly hoped for a far better outcome, despite what my intellect was saying from the get-go.

My prayer now is that LE has its ducks in a row, and that all persons responsible will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Sending comfort to Elaina's true family, with love.

Elaina's Father, T.J. Steinfurth, said the details surrounding Thursday's discovery makes him 'Irate" but did not reveal what Police said to him during a meeting this afternoon.

Would LE have made a deal with SK to give up Elaina's location without discussing it with TJ first? If SK was given some sort of 'consideration' and sweet Elaina was right there at that house all along ... Irate is a mild word.

Schiewe goes on to say that an account for Baby Elaina has been set up at Genoa Bank.

:furious:

IMO - he needs to butt the hello out!! He has done NOTHING to help search for this precious baby!! This really ticks me off. If anyone deserves any donations, it's TJ and his family! The egg donor doesn't need donation $ going to her lawyer bills. UGH!! :banghead:

The garage is at 704 Federal. It's at the back of the property. The box was in the garage at the home of the Kings.

"But at least one family member is angry at the police for how they handled the investigation, "the Toledo police botched this whole investigation. I tried working with them and do this and do that, trying to be fair with them, and they botched the whole thing," explains Richard Schiewe, " :ignore:

SK was always going to squeal like a b&*^$ as far as I'm concerned, and I think LE knew that. I am willing to bet that AS will now come out saying either a) SK threatened her and her other daughter so she didn't speak to protect her; or b) she has postnatal depression; or c) she won't say anything because she actually is dead on the inside and cares about no-one but herself.

The only comfort that I think can be taken out of all of this, is that precious Elaina will be buried with respect and the dignity she didn't get from the woman who gave birth to her. It also means that TJ will be able to lay his precious darling girl to rest and always know where she is. Absolutely heartbreaking.

TJ has written and recorded a song for Elaina - Everlasting love....Here is the link. It is absolutely amazing and so heartbreaking at the same time.
