Update: We are utilizing K9 units, Drones, and foot searches in an attempt to locate the location of Emrie. We are asking residents in and around 22/3, Cochran, Vista Ridge, and Zoar Road to keep an eye out. Please check your Ring cameras. If you see her, please call 911.

Hamilton Twp Administrator Brent Centers says multiple first responders are on scene searching for the child. They are scouring Turning Leaf subdivision and adjacent ones A drone also is up.

Warren County's dive team was called to search a pond in the subdivision just as a precaution, he says. It appears Emrie may have just wandered off: 'It's my understanding that she was out playing and they realized she was missing. We are assuming every scenario possible.

Looks like LE is jumping on it soon, and that's good. If she's hurt and can't walk, she shouldn't be too far away; same if she's been kidnapped, but if so, did anyone see anything?
Scary, scary, scary. Praying she's okay. Maybe she and a friend are out of hearing range and they'll be back soon, soon, soon.

Chief Scott Hughes says 4 yo missing girl is seen on Ring camera walking down her driveway. Some people have seen her walking in neighborhood, but no exact location. Using drones, K9s & help from other depts.

MORE: He says she occasionally likes to go to a pond & feed the fish. They’re trying to rule out that pond right now. Says Emrie doesn’t have shoes on. Notes the incredibly hot conditions today and that it’s been 4 hours. Asks everyone to check pools, sheds, Ring camera.

I'll say again that I am impressed with the quick coordination for attention to finding to this darling little girl. Hoping the news is good.
I saw a pond on Beechtree Lane -- could that be the one where she might have gone? I also noticed a couple of much smaller ponds close by...

Hamilton Township police on the situation: -Called just before noon with a report Emrie walked away from home. This was captured on Ring camera -She was headed in a northbound direction -There have been scattered sighting reports but nothing substantiated.

Hamilton Township police on the situation: -Asking community to keep looking, check sheds, cars, pools, trunks, swing sets, clubhouses, properties -They say she left the house with no shoes on, its very hot outside -They're trying to cover every house.

Hamilton Township police 6:45PM update: -Crews are doing yard to yard searches including barns, sheds, properties -Neighbors will see those search crews working -They continue to search pond knowing Emrie likes that area, but *no* indication she is there.

Hamilton Township police 6:45PM update: -Only a couple of hours of daylight left, so full throttle efforts underway -Community helping search, bringing food, water -Community asked to continue sharing on social media.

-This situation does not qualify for Amber Alert, no reason to believe she was abducted as of now -Still asking people to search their properties and do it again -Asking neighbors to review Ring/surveillance systems.
