They were upset because the police had left about 1 1/2 hours prior and there was no fire, SAT, police search going on. No police on scene. Police were called back to there after she was found.

A 3-year-old reported missing in Springfield Township was found safe 11 hours later but as @clancyburke reports, there are still questions surrounding the search for her.

Janiyla was found in a vacant apartment next to her family's home at about 8:30 a.m. An uncle reportedly kicked in the door to get to her after hearing her inside.

Janiyla's grandmother said the family wouldn't give up looking for the toddler. "I would've been looking for her for the rest of my life. And my son didn't stop. He got out here at like four in the morning and went trough every bush, garbage can, dumpster, and he kept going until he found her."

The family said police had searched all of the units in the apartment building. So, there are a lot of questions about what happened.

If it is true that all LE had left ,I would be mad as well. This story is kinda everywhere..in the overlapping talking of one live video is sounded as if they thought someone had taken her, a certain person. IDK what to think except thank god the people in the neighborhood didn't all go home when LE did.

CONT: We talked with a woman who’s in the process of moving into the apartment where Janyila was found. She says Jeramie(who was a few doors down) offered to try and fix their thermostat yesterday around 6:00pm and he had two kids w/ him including Janyila when he went in.. @FOX19

CONT: The woman says around 6:30 she locked up after seeing Jeramie leave, assuming he had both kids. She says she had NO idea the 3 y/o was still inside & is thankful she’s okay. She says the thermostat was fixed before. She says she has NO affiliation with the family. @FOX19

CONT: Janyila Tuner was reported missing by her mother around 9:20 last night police say and she had been missing all night until this morning.. @FOX19 was there when her uncle broke a window to get into the apartment after hearing her cries.

Police arrested the father of a 3-year-old girl after her grandmother told WCPO she was suspicious as to how the girl was found in a locked apartment a few units away from hers.

A few hours later, Springfield Township Police said they arrested Jeramie Turner, 33, in connection with his daughter’s disappearance. Turner was charged with one count of endangering children and one count of obstructing official business. Both offenses are misdemeanors.

Turner gave false and misleading information to investigators when they were trying to find Janyila, and he left her alone in a vacant apartment for 14 hours, according to court documents.

Turner is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center. A judge on Tuesday issued Turner a $300,000 bond. The judge ruled he cannot have contact with his daughter, and he must comply with Hamilton County Job and Family Services if he bonds out.
