You're looking at the wrong person. I was confused at first, too, because there is a guy on the right side talking to a woman who looks like he could be Joey, but is not. Joey is to the left with his arm around a bald guy who is in a bar stool-type chair. The same bald guy is in the restroom pics, either waiting for or having an interaction with Joey as he exits the restroom.

I'm having a tough time seeing it too. I looked at post 591 so I know the spot to look at. I see the people but it's so blurry it's hard for me to make out who's doing what. I need a bigger screen!

Thanks, at first even that seemed like a big blur but I think I can make it out now. The guy in the hallway, the bald guy, looks either much taller, or he's up on another level or something. Except, it appears there are two bald guys in this one. So the one in the middle here is the one supposedly with Joey on the dance floor ? This is kind of like a Rorschach ink blot test, lol.

Yes, I noticed that too. Someone up thread mention Joey might be carrying something, but I think it's the other bald guys head as he walks by. JMO

Hopefully this helps you see better. I circled the area where Joey and the bald guy are. The bald guy appears seated and has his arm around Joey (green arrow). Because he's seated, his head appears lower than Joey's. Joey is standing next to him with his arm around the guy's back or the back of the guy's stool (red arrow). Joey is looking away in this particular picture, so his head is turned toward the dance floor (blue arrow). Can you see it now? LOL

Ok. I gotta ask... In the dance floor pic, is the big guy with his back to Joey shirtless and wearing a speedo? Been a long time since I went clubbing.

This is what it looks like to me. He is actually putting it on he has one arm in and it over his one shoulder..

But the true crime garage podcast has comments from his sister indicating that they believe he was ruffied- so if the family supposedly suspects foul play.... Shouldn't there be more activity searching for the suspect ?!

Ruffies sometimes can (rarely though) cause death.

A person who is difficult to arouse or who has difficulty breathing following ingestion of one of these medications with or without alcohol, should be taken to an emergency room as soon as possible.

I saw that too. It's possible he was roofied and died from it. Especially considering he apparently died before he was in the water and not from drowning.

I just listened to the True Crime Garage Podcast, (its pretty long) And they seem to disagree, It sounded to me like they are speculating it could be linked to smiley face killings because everything about joey is exactly what is targeted in SFK. A young good looking man, a bar, late night. Anyhow on another note, I did find it VERY interesting the crime garage guys brought up something about someone making a comment with a fake facebook profile (that has now been removed)that as I recall said " well I guess joey got his water" I wonder if LE has tracked down the IP address of who created did that for suspects?

I was glad they brought up the smiley face killer theory as well. I was thinking it the entire time. SFK, Missing 411 A Sobering Coincidence. Some people on this thread laugh the theory away but I defiantly think there is something there

Is anyone beginning to think maybe this bald guy is a POI and no one has a clue who he is? As in, he was a stranger to The Union. But, why is everything so hush hush? This case has been so quiet from day one.

There are so many things here that have been messed up.Just saying oppss we did not find this video - someone should be held respsonsible . This is a possible murder. If a doctor said opppsss i missed something and just goes on with his life.
Again we are back to the media- this oppsss were sorry was not even pressed by the media.30 years ago THAT would , in and of itself, been a story.

Its relentless pattern nationwide of LE just gets awaySee Ferguson!) they want.

In addition we all know when you freeze frame anything resolution is worse. why not release loops. We know for a fact that there are rsolution fixers. I am starting for the first time to have some concerns , if along, it might have had a flavor of oh its just a gay guy..........
