US Marshals arrest 2nd suspect in Cleveland area murder of Juvar King following Dayton standoff
DAYTON, Ohio — U.S. Marshals have made a second arrest in connection with the killing of Juvar King, whose body was found in East Cleveland weeks after police located a burned-out car in Cleveland's Kinsman neighborhood.
According to a press release, 50-year-old John Lamar Armstrong was captured Monday following a SWAT standoff in Dayton.
Cuyahoga County court records show a grand jury indicted Armstrong back on July 11 on a total of 10 counts, including aggravated murder and murder.
