Police noted the last contact they'd had with Roach was on Oct. 9 when they'd responded to a domestic dispute between Roach and a 46-year-old roommate.

According to the report, the pair allegedly had been arguing about drug use at the apartment. The officer noted Roach had redness to her hands, allegedly from when her roommate grabbed a stick from her hands to prevent her from hitting him with it.

Police also had been in contact with Roach on Oct. 5 when chasing a man with a warrant who attempted to go into her East Fourth Street home.

I grew up in Chillicothe and still visit a few times a year. It’s gone downhill a lot since I left in the early 80s.
