This case ripped the hearts out of us.
Really disturbing.
Appalling cruelty and it's not like it happened spontaneously, he had so much time..
I really believe the death penalty is barbaric and brings humanity to the level of the killers but I don't see what else they can do with him!
His life is a testimony of dark.
( I spent too much time getting into his psyche and it was not a pleasant journey, though I'd do it again in attempt to find Nylo)

Officers in the court handcuffed Hughes and helped him to his feet, but he again lunged at Brown; four officers were needed to hold Hughes down. Hughes was taken out of the courtroom by police.

He got 8 days in the slammer though for contempt of court.
Must be sheer hell for the guy.

Same as that.
This is the hardest case I have ever come across.
I remember his mother's fb.
She was so vibrant.
What hit me the hardest was her courage and strength to pick herself up every time she fell and all the while this(insert adjective of choice) was sucking the very life force from her and her child.

She was utterly, utterly trapped.

From his reaction in court to the outburst, he doesn't appear to be remotely sorry.
I definitely didn't get the feeling that his incarceration to date did anything except to contribute to his arrogance.

Because of the time this evaluation process will likely take, Judge Meghan Shanahan agreed to move the start of Brown's trial to October 26. A hearing will happen on Oct. 12 to determine whether that trial date will be sufficient, Shanahan said.

not too ill to stop him covering his tracks or planning and executing an extraordinarily vicious double murder, not too ill to dance and sing and create his narcissistic videos in the days following..
not so ill that he admitted any of it..
not so ill that he forgot to take all she had.
When I see the umbrella excuse thrown over the most inhumane perpetrators my brain processes it like dermatological illness, hives or skin allergies... skin illness.
It makes the same amount of sense.

it is possibly the mmost disturbing case, ever, IMO.
It's worth reading from the beginning, her social media, her dreams, her hopes and that girl kept picking herself up and trying again and again.

It's really very sad.
I hate the dp, find it barbaric, but in this case, it's just not enough!
Not nearly enough.
It's just like a lullaby compared to what he has done.
