I wonder why the Wagners quit their dream of living the life in Alaska

BBM

Winter time.

JMO
And money. I do not think they could afford to stay there.

I like to know who informed the LE to where and what to look for, that day the ATF showed up they got the metal detectors out and started looking? JMO

There were other cases in that area where evidence and guns were found in wells. In one case they lost the evidence trying to retrieve it. LE may have just been reviewing all the searches, etc. that were done and realized they had not checked the wells.

Since I am not providing a link, this is just my opinion....

What ever day George the 4th birthday is was the same time he was on his way back from Alaska, she wished him a happy birthday and to be careful driving back from Alaska, it was on her FB but has been taking down

GW4's Facebook is still up and that post is still up---from October 5th, 2018.

From Angela to GW4's Facebook page...QUOTE:

"Happy birthday to my oldest son. I love you and am so proud of you. We can't wait to see you in the morning. Love you always."

No mention that he stayed behind in Alaska and is now, in October, driving home from Alaska. George the 4th staying in Alaska is only a rumor. I challenge anyone to find where it says he stayed behind.

WAGNER IV, GEORGE W

Agree, I’d also like to know who tipped LE. Hopefully, as the trials unfold we will find out.

STATE OF OHIO -vs- WAGNER, ANGELA JO

(3) DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR DISCLOSURE OF THE JUVENILE RECORDS OF PLAINTIFF'S WITNESSES FILED

This is the reason Angela cannot (most likely) get the witnesses' Juvenile Records as requested in her Motion #3.

Ohio Juvenile Record Expungement

Ohio Revised Code section 2151.358 provides that a juvenile court shall expunge all records five years after the court issues a sealing order or when the person turns 23 years
old, whichever date is earlier. If this did not occur automatically or if you want to get your juvenile record expunged sooner you will have to apply to the court.

After the juvenile records have been expunged, upon any inquiry on the matter, the person who is subject of the expunged records may and the court shall respond that no record exists... If your case is expunged, it will be permanently gone from the court records.

Lawriter - ORC - 2151.358 Expungement of sealed records.
The juvenile court shall expunge all records sealed under section 2151.356 of the Revised Code five years after the court issues a sealing order or upon the twenty-third birthday of the person who is the subject of the sealing order, whichever date is earlier.
Effective Date: 07-11-2006

Thank you! Who is Theresa Parmeter? o_O

Hmmm...
The subpoena duces tecum is similar to the subpoena ad testificandum, which is a writ summoning a witness to testify orally. However, unlike the latter summons, thesubpoena duces tecum instructs the witness to bring in hand books, papers, or evidence for the court.
Court Recorder for Grand Jury maybe.......guessing

Thankx, had no idea. Perhaps they do want her to bring in something that is in Rita's favor? Interesting....

Also interesting is the Motion citing "irregularities in GJ proceedings"

08/05/2019 MOTION TO DISMISS INDICTMENT DUE TO IRREGULARITIES IN GRAND JURY PROCEEDINGS FILED

What irregularities?

Not sure if this ONLY applies to court records for trials but where I work, if you care for children, elderly or developmentally disabled, we have special codes that open sealed records and the OAC spells out that they are required of persons in those jobs before hiring.

Not the same. There is a difference between sealed records and expunged records. They are 2 different things....

They would not be able to access any expunged records. Expunged records are gone, they are not sealed, they are just completely gone---they don't exist. The same as someone who has no arrests. The same as someone with no criminal record. I speak from first-hand experience but just consider it My 2 Cents without links.

There is one circumstance where expunged records can be accessed and used:

If you commit a crime and are found guilty or take a plea and admit your guilt, etc...The sentencing judge can get the access to your expunged record and use it in regards to sentencing.

JMO, Billy must have drawled a lot more money than $530 per month and $300 in snap money as Angela stated when they filed bankruptcy, when BCI searches Browns farm where they left some of their stuff, there where 2 nice trucks, horse trailer, box trailer and a big flatbed trailer with removable sides, that stuff alone was probably worth$60,000 to $80,000 not counting what they took with them, I have worked good paying jobs all my life and don’t own that kind of stuff, there had to be a river of drugs flowing instead of an under current, JMO

You only considered BW and AW income. What about JW and GW4 incomes? I believe they were involved in driving trucks and/or doing auto mechanic work at some point. JMO
