I read these journal entries as saying the prosecution was furnishing RN's counsel "with discovery and with bill of Particulars." JMO

Wow! You are right! I read it wrong, but definitely Rita has a public defender because her attorney referred to her as being poor and said she was living on a fixed income ($700.00?) a month without electric and using kerosene, or something like that, but I don't know why it's not listed in the docket.

Wow! You are right! I read it wrong, but definitely Rita has a public defender, her attorney said she was living on a fixed income below $1000,00 a month without electric and using kerosene or something, but I don't know why it's not listed in the docket.

There are going to be a lot of people that the Mods, want let us talk about on here called to testify in the Wagners trial, just because if you read the discovery a few times and see who BCI keeps talking about and to, have their videos recorded, it’s going to be wild , just as DeWine said the crime is way out there, if you read thru all the evidence that they have let us see and lot more to come, the crime is laid out to see just like Reader said they came in like thieves in the night, killing and lying to who every they had to, just because the Wagners were use to getting what they wanted, they thought they knew the law more than LE and smarter than the general public but They Was Wrong!

He doesn't want to fool around. Rita broke a strict house arrest rule by having long conversations with Angela. Not simple conversations like "love ya mom how ya doing?"

She will go back to jail I think because judge Deering said something to the effect that he would not be pleased if the 2 of them were discussing the case.

Rita needs to get her affairs in order and line up care for her mom ASAP! I
see her getting her house arrest revoked...

Her excuse that she doesn't have Caller ID won't hold H2O.
Junk must have heard something alarming on those recorded jail calls for him to not want to wait until the 28th for her hearing...2 Cents........

I think it's mainly the fact that they are still talking, even after RN being told at her hearing less than 2 weeks ago how serious this is. JMO

Also, she's unable to live at home due to taking care of her mother at 34 Havener Ln. Like I said, I don't mean this to sound like arguing. I just need to see links. IMO, the whole discussion in open court about her finances had to do with only her bail amount. Never any discussion or entries regarding the State funding her trial. All JMO, respectively.

Just a suggestion...if you haven't been back to the Media & Timeline on this thread lately, please go back to page 1 on this thread, find it, and go to pages 14-15. Many recent Discovery documents have been posted there, including all DNA Discovery (latter of which is somewhat impossible to make sense of unless you know that stuff) JMO

RN's Discovery documents include the names of specific custody documents she forged for HR, JW and GW; BCI Documents from 11/20/17, 1/17/18 and 3/7/18 totaling about 168 documents; 4 witnesses the State intends to call, one of which is a handwriting expert at BCI and more. I wish we had her Bill of Particulars. But, IMHO, she is toast, as is AW. They no longer have W support. JMO

AW is a snake that can’t be trusted while you’re back is turned, she thinks she one step a head of LE, she will use every trick in the book to try to save those boys of hers, these people grew up like a cult, the only person Jake had as a child hood friend was George the 4th, and AW was the controller, so don’t be surprised if she is using those jail house calls to frame someone like she tried on JM, the Wagners bragged about not taking No for an answer when they bought the famous Little Blue Horse, The Wagners used the court system for many years to take advantage of the poor, selling land to people that they knew could not pay it off, the way GW and FW setup the Bloom payment system that banks can’t do, the court should have never let FW go, she needs to spend the rest of her life in jail also, JMO.

They think they'll weasel their way out of a conviction for plotting and carrying out the murders of 8 people. We can only hope they'll continue to trip themselves up. The Rhodens and Hannah Gilley deserve justice.

I'm surprised AW is still pulling these stunts in jail. I hope she cracks and turns on the rest, though it's difficult to see her turning on her own children. JMO, she would turn on Billy and FW (for any involvement she had) if she could do so w/o hurting her own kids. At some level, she must realize it's highly likely she'll spend the rest of her natural life in jail.

And AW has been told multiple times as well--actually every time she has been in front of the judge, I believe--not to have any contact with her co-defendants. Her own attorney acknowledges the fact that he, himself, has told her not to do it many times. She just continues to do what she wants. JMO
