I read these journal entries as saying the prosecution was furnishing RN's counsel "with discovery and with bill of Particulars." JMO
Wow! You are right! I read it wrong, but definitely Rita has a public defender because her attorney referred to her as being poor and said she was living on a fixed income ($700.00?) a month without electric and using kerosene, or something like that, but I don't know why it's not listed in the docket.
