Sorry, Buckeyes, I had to go back and read the motion written and agreed upon in court April 4. IMO, since this specific document is dated April 4, it only pertains to that date and forward.
Now, IMO, obviously something had occurred prior to this date, in JW's case, to cause this uproar and writing of the document, which IIRC, took hours in Judge's chambers to resolve. IMO, JW realized he had initiated conversation with and voluntarily spilled his guts with another inmate. After which, the document was drawn up April 4. I believe JW's statements before April 4 can and WILL be used against him by the prosecution. Yay for the State...they were one step ahead of him! After April 4, he would have to be totally stupid to have uttered another word. All JMO. Hope that helps.
