I didn't know CH was at Dana's house that night.

HR dropped S off to Jake's on Friday April 15 but Jake said he picked her up April 21st and missed it by hours, if true, CH probably saw him which would only make Jake more angry for later. Could be S came home before April 21, both versions could be true. (Like maybe she came home on April 16, 17, 18 etc....)

Correction: An earlier version of this article incorrectly reported when Hanna Rhoden's daughter went to stay with her father, Jake Wagner. Rhoden dropped her daughter off on Friday, April 15, 2016.

Rhoden case: 'Hate seeing my daughter cry'
Hanna Rhoden and Wagner shared custody of Sophia, who was supposed to be with her mom that fateful Thursday evening, he said. But Wagner picked her up a day earlier than normal: "I reckon we missed it by just hours."
I wonder how many news reports and how many of these stories did Angela and Jake lie to during he months leading up to their arrest just to throw LE off their trail, we will not know the real truth until the trials get going full throttle, JMO

It doesn't come up for me. I just get tons of Hannah Rhodens who are not the victim. Thanks.

The time of death is only listed when the coroner is right there confirming the death. For record purposes the coroner lists the time that he firsts confirms the death.

Coroner confirms at 5:10 pm that a body is deceased so coroner puts 5:10 on record. Coroner then can do an autopsy to determine exact or closer to exact time of death.

Like the coroner found out CR was more decomposed, and that may or may not affect his time of death which is important. It helps establish how they started that night. If he was killed first then Kenny was last.

..2 Cents...

FYI: What I am about to say does not in any way apply to this particular case but “technically” the coroner does not necessarily have to see the victims on site to declare them deceased. In some cases the coroners do not appear at all. I do not know all the circumstances of what determines the need to attend but I share this info to point out that the initial TOD is not relevant to anything. When I worked in the hospital a physician made the declaration of death but (assuming it was not a code situation) usually declared the death by what the nurses reported to the doctor. Many are declared dead AFTER they reach the hospital even if they died in the squad. When my 28 yr old brother died unexpectantly at home, the body was discovered at 10 am and the coroner was at the golf course. At 4 pm he phoned to tell the LE to release the body to the funeral home and he never came. Our family demanded an autotopsy but he stated the family would have to pay for it. He never saw the body at all and the death certificate signed by the same coroner states “approximately.”

Must be certain protocols in place for homicides where no one is being rushed to the hospital because it's obvious they are deceased. In other words they are not going to the hospital but straight to the coroner's morgue instead.

Also I think protocals are different for an active crime scene as compared to an ambulance taking someone to the hospital who passed away at home. Coronors don't come to homes unless it's an official crime scene I thought.

When you find someone dead at home for example, you call an ambulance asap and they take it from there. Homicide crime scenes are obviously very different and the coroner goes to the crine scene.

Opinion.

Agree, but coroners did attend the crime scene and declared the victims of the Rhoden Family Massacre deceased. The first TOD's given were based on those times.

I'm not sure why everyone is discussing this again, it's been discussed dozens of times here and TOD on the death certificates confirmed, along with links to the deposition of the Pike County Coroner. I'm not going to bother to provide links, I've done so dozens of times. Refer to the Case Timeline on page 19 of this thread for information and links.

TIA

ETA: Because it keeps coming up, the next version of the Case Timeline that I publish will include a statement in all bold caps that the first TOD mentioned on death certificates is based on time of discovery and later revised. Will that help?

Doesn't sound like it "went to plan" with such a disorganized crime scene at Seniors. I mean the other ones were more according to plan except Dana being out of bed, in my opinion, which I won't go into since it's been discussed so many times.

April 21st, 2016:

CRob and possibly a cousin saw FR and HG at 10:00 pm.

Co- workers saw Dana working where she left at 11:30 pm.

Dana was on facebook between midnight and 1:00am (April 22nd) unless it was a Wagner on her computer skewing the timeline.

Kendra saw/ communicated with HR that afternoon or evening before she went to her last minute over night babysitting job.

Tony Rhoden was talking on the phone to Chris Senior about fixing Dana's faucet, something they were going to do the next day.

If Chris Jr was at school then alot of people saw him that day.

If Kenny was at work then alot of people saw him that day as well.

Has this been established fact or is it just speculation? If it's rumor, we can't post it here.

Some info is ok to assume: If its known a victim attended school or work that day, it's safe to assume other people saw them. But we don't want to put people with victims or in their homes prior to the murders without knowing it for fact. Who knows whether that could sway a jury member or put an innocent person at risk.

It is fine to post because it's all in MSM. CRob told MSM she was at Frankie's until 10:30pm.

Kendra told MSM she talked to HR that day and was on the way to spend the night following her car.

Dana's co-workers told MSM she got to work an hour late and worked a double shift and left at 11:30 pm.

Tony Rhoden told MSM he talked to Chris about getting a part for Dana's faucet and seeing each other the next day at BBL.

I can find all the links if you want.

Not rumor but consider it opinion without links.

If you can find the link for CRob's quote that she was at Frankies that night, it would be great. I'll add it to the timeline.

Mother of 3-year-old who survived Pike County shootings learns to adjust

So it was on April 21 that Chelsea told Frankie there was a sickness at daycare and she didn’t want to take Brentley on Friday. Could Frankie and Hannah watch him instead? They said yes, of course. She dropped Brentley off at the Union Hill Road trailer Thursday night, and says she visited until maybe about 10:30 p.m.: ’I told Brentley and all of them same thing as always: ‘Love you guys. Be careful.″

Kendra Rhoden: I could have been the ninth victim in Pike Co. family massacre

April 21, Kendra Rhoden and her boyfriend were driving down Highway 32, following behind Hanna Rhoden and her red Jeep. The two Rhoden cousins were headed to Hanna's house for a sleepover.

But, a bit of fate changed the plans the night of the killings. Kendra's boyfriend developed a toothache and the pair turned around on Highway 32 and headed back to Kendra's house - clear across the county.

Kendra said she'd planned to return to Union Hill Road and stay with Hanna that night. But then, a friend called asking if Kendra could babysit. She couldn't pass up a favor for a friend—and the extra money—and spent the night caring for her friend's baby.
So she said she’d see Hanna — who was like an inseparable sister to her – the next day.

Pike County massacre: Who are the victims?

On Thursday, Dana Rhoden worked a double-shift after a co-worker was unable to work. She overslept and arrived at 8 a.m. and worked until about 11 p.m., Hillside manager Heather Frost-Young said.

Matthew Smith, the center’s administrator, said she had worked at the 49-bed facility since October and called her “a kind and caring worker” who was loved by patients and co-workers alike. She worked Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and an every-other-weekend rotation.

Pike County: Death in the foothills

Chris Jr., 16, was also likely home when their mom arrived home after pulling a double shift at the nursing home because he had school the next day.

Down the road, Chris Sr. and Tony talked by phone about getting a part to fix Dana’s faucet. The conversation was brief. Neither a man of many words. They signed off, saying they would see each other the next day at work at Big Bear.

On April 21, Hannah Gilley's sister Meranda had packed a bag to spend the night after she finished her job at a local pizza parlor, said their grandfather Kenny Shoemaker.

But for whatever reason, Meranda drove past Union Hill Road that night.

Regarding the makes of the homes. I was active very early in this case here on WS. I remember we had a lot of information. It might be in the first 10 threads or so?

I just found something interesting. I was looking at the current inmate list for Pike Co and I found an inmate who has had past ties with the R/G families and currently he is housed at the same place as G4. That could prove to be very interesting.

I read somewhere that Little Chris was suspended from school for 3 days, also did Frankie call a family member to come jump start his truck around 10:00 pm, JMO

CRob was at Frankie's at that time, she could'a jumped his car no need to get someone else. She had her car with her.

I think Tony said Chris Jr. had school in the morning, the article where it mentions that is an article interviewing Tony. I assume Tony told the reporter that. So he wasn't out of school at that time.

MG, can you please give initials? I find none on PC list that's also on Ross where G4 is. Thanks.

I see it! Could be. She didn't have cows so if that's her truck she drove it over there.

Jake reference:
Love getting pictures of her when she's at her daddy's. Nothing like a ole beagle to be her best friend❤️
